I feel like I am the only one who really likes this map. It was my first SASO on Master (though idk if IOI has fixed many/any of the bugs since this video). With default loadout it's annoying, but even though I was pretty new to the game at the time I was able to come up with an easy SASO route if I was willing to do a bit of waiting. I get why people hate it, but for my playstyle it's a fun way to kill some time. Also my hot take for this map is the private island Steven goes to is more annoying than the Mansion. I've never struggled getting into and around the mansion since it has the side entrance and plenty of bushes to sneak around in, but I can never get onto and off that island consistently with green guns and if Steven goes there I always end up having to wait for him to leave.
@@leox1876 eh maybe but isn't that the cool thing about Hitman? Everyone has different preferences and experiences with the maps and targets. If you don't like it whatever, not trying to convince you because at the end of the day it's all subjective opinions over a video game.
I think your problem is only playing suit only. Using the disguises this map plays perfectly fine and even suit only In my experience I've only had 1 incident where I got spotted through a wall and that was in the lab area not even the mansion everyone complains about. Imo haven Island is one of the better maps in the trilogy. And I know the silent assassin suit only tryhards will heavily disagree but I couldn't care less. This a Solid map 😂

They should have made it a kitchen knife with poison. It would have given you a reason to take in a knife.
but under the right circumstances its good, like suit only, its also not illegal to hold in casual mode

Haven Island had a really nice concept but my God this level is so problematic when it comes to achieving Silent Assassin, at times it’s not worth it
Yeah it's definetly time consuming, especially if you don't want to follow the story missions and/or wait for rotation
