- Welcome back everyone 😊 In this video Doña Rosa gives Fernanda a special energy cleansing (limpia) and ASMR massage with hair cracking, whispering, and ASMR triggers. Rosa gently whispers soft cleansing words and creates soothing sounds as she gives Fernanda an energy cleansing and gentle massage as she pulls, brushes, and plays with her hair. Rosa also gives her a traditional treatment to relieve headaches called "hair cracking" (in Spanish, "sacando los soles"). Cracking of the hair entails pulling out individual strands, which is believed to relieve headache due to sun exposure.

The cleansing brings back memories of my grandma cleansing me. I can even smell the herbs at the beginning. Crazy how memories can be so powerful.
