I tried to copy your recipe but I just added 1/2 teaspoon salt and 10 drops of knorr seasoning. Medyo nagworry lang ako baka matamis yung timpla so far masarap siya balance lahat. Thanks for this marination info for 500g beef
I’m from Honduras but love tapas ❤especially with garlic rice totally changed my mood and way to eat breakfast in my country delicious 🎉❤😂love filipino food , had bless your country
I enjoyed some of your recipes as well... super yummy tapa here! but im not sure, have u tried mixing your marinate with apple cider? I think its the apple cider would tenderise your beef more. coz I do this too with olive oil. thanks for showing your own version and I love your fried egg, so perfect! parang sa book hahaha.
Glad you enjoy our recipes! Haven’t tried apple cider. I like the flavor Kalamansi gives. Acids will help tenderise the beef. It just depends on what flavors you want, the ratios would be different of course. Thanks for watching!
Tried it today, followed exactly the measurement, it's good, but not the taste I was looking for,, its more like bistek to me prolly because of calamansi. I'll try to recreate it again next time and omit calamansi.
Hey man it's not hate but i think You could quit the music to make it like an asmr and make it more relaxing with that said i think that You are good cooking
para sakin hindi tapa recipe yung mga ganyan, niluto sa sauce, it's more beef adobo, tuyo or saucy. tapa is binilad sa araw. pwede mo i marinade, basta ibiliad mo sa araw, nagbibigay iyon ng specific taste na tanging tapa lang ang meron. pero yung tinatawang nilang modern tapa, na niluto sa sa marinate nya, hindi tapa yan, adobo yan.
Nicely made, my wife is Fiiipina, as a Chef I have to say this is not too difficult, very well done bravo.
Thank you! glad you like it!

Can I use coconut oil instead of olive oil?
Can olive oil really help in tenderizing meat???
How do you make your spicy vinegar sauce??
How about the rice? How did you make it?
고기는 어느부위인가요? 깔라만시없는데 원액사서하면될까요?
You can use lemon
@@cathy1770 😊 thanks
Trying this recipe out. Got my meat marinated and ready to cook later today! :)

its ok without oil
@@JiamieFideles thank you 😀
You think this would work with pork? Like pork shoulder or maybe a lean cut?
How did you make the egg so perfect?
Egg mold or small pan. Low heat.
Very Delicious y this 2 months haven't make video
😅 I apologize, we have a new place to shoot and currently improving the quality of our audio and video. Thank you for watching!
Fantastic recipe but I would be good to show how many minutes to cook or keep the ingredients in the membrane cellophane 🙏🏻
You can use it after 15 min in the freezer but i prefer to marinate it for atleast 1 day for better taste
❤❤❤❤
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
i like this better than fried tapa cause I prefer it tender.
Do ramen!!!!!!
Kung walng olive oil??? Anopo pde iplt

Can you make a cinnamon roll please
The more you cook meat the harder they become
Lol
Im cooked
It dosent get hard because your not cooking it but simmering it in water which makes it more tender but if you fried it then it will become hard
Kind of like beating your meat...the more you play with it...
Are you Filipino?
Ano altérnate ng olive oil mahal kase hehehe
omg it lookd so delicious😩 but it's so sad i can't try it cuz my family's vegan :/
you can try our other recipes that’s vegan friendly 😊 thanks for watching!

Will you get shamed if you eat beef?
@@jerrymaushard3835 ofc not, lol. And just so yknw i am non-veg but my fam doesn't know, OFC.
so it's beef steak recipe but you don't add onions and the marinade/sauce is reduced.
Hey man it's not hate but i think You could quit the music to make it like an asmr and make it more relaxing with that said i think that You are good cooking
why did you simmer the beef instead of stir frying in oil? simmering technique is from japanese version Gyudon beef recipe
Who else got sent by TLE teacher?
TADA!
reminds me of Mongolian beef???? anyone else think so????
Nope, just you.

No olive oil😂😂
hi lol
Oil doesn't make beef tender, so you can skip this
tapa is never juicy! tapa means dry!
It depends what part of beef🤘
Ang hirap mong pasayahin
Good idea to not give the ingredients and leave it all to guess work........
Description
🤦🏽♀️
This recipe is too sweet, too much water and overcooked. Less water, less time to simmer and less sugar guys.
