I love being My Own Boss.

As with anything in life, there’s tons of pros and cons for uber. Lately I’ve been experiencing more of the cons but overall I wouldn’t completely shut uber down. I’m glad it’s been working for you! And I agree cars are meant to be driven. When I speak of wear and tear I just mean that it’s happening a lot faster than if I didn’t work with my car. Hopefully someone will see this. I started Uber eats a few days ago. It’s been going fine for me so far. I live in San Antonio, Tx so it’s a good area to do this. Out of all the deliveries I’ve done so far I’ve made tips on all of them except one. My question though is how does it work when you’re in the middle of a delivery and you get another request that comes in? I’ve been declining since I’m still new to doing this. The requests come in while I’m going to pick up an order and since idk how far I’m delivering until I pick up I don’t wanna take the risk of accepting another

It varies. Sometimes it’s from the same place and other times it’s not. The best way is to just experience it while working. I promise it’s very self explanatory the app walks you through everything.

When you go in for an order do you just tell them you are with Uber eats and they know the order or how dose that work
You just tell them you’re picking up for uber and give them the name or order number. They’ll let you know what information they need.
