    *2-3 wraps of teflon tape. It is a lubricant, not a sealant.

      Teflon tape, and plumber's tape in general, is a lubricant and a sealant.

      Perhaps we're discussing to different items. But PTFE thread sealant tape is used in many pressure washing applications. Refer to this video as well: th-cam.com/video/XabgmN35LVk/w-d-xo.html
