其實蔥不需要剪掉那麼長一段的，我常常這樣水培蔥，每天都換乾淨的水就可以了，當然容器也順便清洗乾淨

I've grown lettuce & cabbage thus way. I've also just placed the heads of the spring onions just on top of potting soil. They will take root & grow. Regular onions can also be grown by planting the root end if not dried out. Tks
