I'd pair it with a chardonnay and dining on a deck overlooking a sunset😊

Those are the most beautifully plated salads I've ever seen.

Holy crap. I had this tonight and it was SOOO GOOD. It wasn't super acidic, it was just right. I had it with some wild grain rice, and man did it it hit the spot.

Great recipe, love your channel to death. Also, do y’all remember the late 90s/early 2000s when every “gourmet” salad, sandwich/panini had balsamic dressing and sun dried tomatoes?

That looks lovely!!! I think fresh corn would pair well with that.

I love soy sauce with butter, never thought of pairing balsamic with it! Another genius recipe from Emma, I can only imagine how much work the recipe creating process takes to create something so sublime with a great technique and so few ingredients. Truly masterful, can't wait to try :) Also love how balsamic flavor goes perfectly with the salad since it's a bit dressing like.

I've watched a few recipes by Emma and love how she regularly (I haven't watched ALL of her videos) uses very few ingredients to come up with good tasting dishes. The one I revisit many times is the Garlic Butter Pasta. Just 3 ingredients, 4 if you wanna sprinkle some parmesan later and very quick and tasty.

Would this work with chicken thighs/legs? I have some in a freezer bag I need to use within a day or two. Would I pop it in the oven instead of cook it so it'll cook through / would the balsamic get burnt in the oven?

If you use boneless thighs I'd bet you could do them the same way. If they're "bone in" you probably could do them in the oven but you might want to cover the pan for the beginning of the cooking so that the liquid doesn't evaporate and burn.

I think I would’ve beat them into cutlets to cut down even more cooking time. Looks so Summer-y.

Thank you for this because my daughter purchased some balsamic vinegar. I asked WHAT DID YOU GET THIS FOR? She : 🤷🏾‍♀️. Me: 😆.

I was intrigued by the balsamic on the video title, but stopped watching when she said chicken breasts! It’s me! I like only dark chicken meat. ☹️

After every sentence she puts a question at the end ❓❓ if you see browning ❓ you can lower the heat ❓

I catch myself doing something similar when I am teaching... it indicates to me that she's trying to be open or conversational to an audience which is a bit hard when there is not one live. I can see how it may feel like a speaking quirk, yet I think it is preferable to delivering orders without a sense that you are talking with someone else. You can hear the question as inviting you in.
