    Thanks, nice review. Don't worry about your English. It's far better than my German.

    In my eyes the Hilleberg Unna is the very best tent for my journeys, I am super happy with it. Nice review, thanks for sharing.

    Nice review. I have this tent and it is a great tent in any weather and quite spacious. I would agree with others-don’t step on the tent-tie it to your pack using one of the guy lines. I also put the peg bag inside the pole bag as there is less to keep track of. Nice job.

    Thanks for very detailed and realistic review. Your vid inspired me to choose the Unna. You should have provisions from Hilleberg! :) :)

    Thx 4 your upload 😉 Mein Nammatj 3 GT lässt sich ähnlich schnell aufbauen...bin schon am überlegen, mir auch noch das Unna für leichtere Touren zuzulegen...Like für's Video und Hilleberg👍

    Hilleberg would shout at you for stepping on the tent. I would rather kneel down on a corner of it.

    • @ripperkon
      @ripperkon  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s on snow. I am sure hilleberg themself know, that the Material can deal with it.
      Sure, on rocks it’s a totally different thing.

      @@ripperkon yeah, well, actually they have recommendations of securing your tent in your backpack.

    Thanks for doing a few of these Unna reviews. There's not enough videos of the Unna out there - it's all about the Soulo. I decided to buy the Unna a few days ago because I didn't like the interior "half-tent" design of the Soulo at all. I would rather have the large space.

    Wow, why do so many people feel the need to comment on you stepping on the tent to keep it from blowing away? Better watch out before the Hilleberg tent gods come after you 😂. Personally I got your meaning and think you did a wonderful job. Next time hide the backpack so the trolls don’t come after you ✌🏾

    • @ripperkon
      @ripperkon  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha, thx.
      Yeah, I thought the same. Especially because a step on the tent will not harm it in these conditions 😁

  • @WildHikesTV
    @WildHikesTV 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    Awesome Video 👍 But i don't think it's a good idea to step on the material with big mountainboots. I suggest to attach one tent line on a backpack or use one peg to secure the tent first. 🤔 Best regards, Sascha

    • @ripperkon
      @ripperkon  6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      It's stronger than it looks. Especially if you only step on the inner tent and the underground is soft snow.
      Also I prefere gross sensory motor skills :D
      But yeah, attaching it to the backpack is also a possibility. Hilleberg shows that in their video.
      Danke ;-)

      Dude,, I would definitely NOT step on such a nice tent. Use the stakes man.. stake a couple pegs in and or tie the guy lines... don’t step on your tent...

    Hi, A Una that I ordered last year has now been purchased and I am checking all the videos to remember why I ordered it! May I ask you a question, did you sleep in it? I was wondering why you took the time to dig that hole (interesting as it was) just to demonstrate its ease of pitching? Thanks.

    Very good video. Can i use the unna without any inner tent? I want to use it as a shelters when using my bivy bag.

    Genial... super Videos. Gerade auch das über das Unna. Wie ist das Unna bei starkem Regen und dem rein und rausgehen? Ohne Abside, kommt da nicht schnell Regen ins Innenzelt?

      @ripperkon  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Im richtigen Sturm hatte ich noch nicht. Aber Wind und starker Regen war bis jetzt kein Problem. Innen war es immer trocken 👌🏻

    Ein schönes Zelt, aber ich finde dass es etwas zu teuer ist, dafür dass es 2 kg wiegt. Ich benutze von Nordisk den Svalbard 1 SI ( 300 €, 1,7kg) und hat sogar eine kleine Apsis, wo ich bei schlechtem Wetter kochen kann. Aber klar, muss jeder selber wissen. 😀👍

    740Euro, echt? Ist es das wert? Was genau kann es das es so teuer sein darf?

    • @ripperkon
      @ripperkon  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wenn man auf das Zelt angewiesen ist, dann meiner Meinung nach, ganz klar den Preis wert. Für Camping in der Zivilisation nicht nötig. Das Material ist dünn, aber dennoch deutlich rissfester als man glauben mag.

    Was für eine Jacke von BD trägst du da? Sieht nach einer sehr dünnen SH aus?

      I checked some specs, and the width of the inner tent looks to be just 4cm narrower than the Zpacks Duplex!!! So its definitely room for one whole person in the "Hilleberg Unna" :P

    A tarp hilleberg keep ripping people off there prices are ridiculous , after being a huge fan and owing several, there prices have gone through the roof 3 years ago my nallo gt2 cost £650 now £980 ? Why ? Answer not even justified just line your pockets . If everyone stopped buying them the price would drop back down to a reasonable price

    • @willek1335
      @willek1335 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess Covid has pressed the prices to the sky. It's nearly impossible to find niche outdoor gear, at least here in Norway.
