Just curious about those Kirkey Seats since i was really considering them, does anybody have any complaints about them? To me they look like they flex a back a little too much for my liking. I'd prefer something with less flex and something thata doesn't lean back too much and need some side support for track use.
staircast some people put a mount on the back of the seat that goes to the harness bar/rollcage which adds loads of support
It is supposed to be supported at the top and no further away from the harness bar than 6"

I've been seeing alot of guys put tape on the front of their cars. What exactly does that do? Help keep everything in place with vibration? aerodynamics? Idk

Either to protect paint/driving to events,protect paint against the tire rubber,or block body panel gaps less drag..
The tape keep the air out of the engine bay so It won't slow to car down.
put the tape for less drag brumper
those seat belt don't hold anything like that :P

Maximumpsimedia mine is 12.8 all stock on road tyres!
My best time is 13.0 all stock straight H swap ("EG" coupe) on street tires. Im hoping to run low 11s with a 4piston head, skunk2 ultra K series mani, pro2 cams,stock block next year.

The only problem is the driver.
That's not a fair statement. It's obvious to me the pressure is too high in the slicks for one. When the car wheel hopped the motor/trans must've rocked so hard it pulled out of gear. He's literally tire pressure and clutch release away from a good run.
