Привет! Если поднять стойку, на которой крепится планка с подшипниками, нацепить на неё пружину, средней упругости, то, на пружине можно зафиксировать верхнюю часть полоски по металлу, а нижнюю часть закрепить за отломанный наконечник сдохшей, "родной" пилы лобзика. Планку с подшипниками можно снять или оставить! При этом, можно использовать и пилочки от ручного лобзика, (через пинцет-зажим, подвешенный к пружине), только, (в обеих случаях), добавить, сверх площадки, дополнительный, фиксированный к ней столик! Так же, можно использовать, травматологическую, (проволочную), "Пилу Джигли", только, она не любит перегрева - (рвётся, если слишком усердно пилить кость)... Мира всем!@

Thank you. I used 895 DC motor. The 775 engine is also suitable for the dimensions I have given. I used 6 cell 18650 batteries for voltage value. In this case, the voltage value was 22.2V. But if it is supplied with 36V, the speed may be higher.

Thank you very much for your interest. As a matter of fact, it is a workbench that works very well for me. If you have watched my other videos, you must have seen that I use it in many places. I also made a hedge and circle cutter for this bench. They also make my job easier.
Truly love your work, design and projects. Frustrated that I cannot get my hands on multi-layered plywood like you use. Even our US 18mm (3/4 in) furniture grade birch plywood (now $90 for 4 ft x 8 ft) would not handle the drilling as you do in you smaller pieces here. I suppose in Europe or Japan it is easier to get true Baltic birch with 17+ ply. Thanks again for your channel.

Hi. First of all, thank you very much for your nice comment. I forgot to put the miter measurements on the measuring document. But I will post it as soon as possible and let you know. I made the miter bar according to the material I had. In fact, at that time there was no tool that cut properly. If you want, you can make it as 18mm. In this case, the only difference in the dimensions is that the 190mm sides of the 2nd piece will change to 202mm.

Looks nice, pity you did not make the support stand more Z-shaped so you got an offset from the arm, that way you would have been able to crosscut some distance into long boards.

Merhaba. Benim yaptığım sehbada 2 kat MDF var. Bunlardan biri 18mm diğeri 8mm. 18 ligi dekupaj testere ölçüsüne göre kestigim için testere yüksekliğinden sadece 8mm kaybediyoruz. Bu durumda kısa olan kavisli kesim bıçağı bile kılavuzda kullanılabiliyor

Great looking jigsaw table! Please can you let me know what type of bearings you used? I downloaded your plans and it just says "bearing from old hard disk" but hard disks use different bearings. Thanks!

The dimensions of the bearings are as follows; Bearings I used on both sides 626ZZ (6mm inner diameter, 19mm outer diameter) I disassembled the bearing I used in the middle of an old hard disk. Its dimensions are inner diameter 4 mm, outer diameter 11 mm and width 12 mm. I used the bearing in the middle of the read-write head, that is, the moving part of the hard disks.

Hello there. Firstly, thank you. When you say "two spinning wheels", I think you mean the bearings on both sides of the saw blade. These bearings prevent the saw blade from swinging and provide straight cuts. Since the jigsaw holds the tip from a single point, it cannot hold the saw tip steady during the loading of the piece to be cut. Bearings placed on the sides and back in this way play an important role in smooth cutting and curved cutting.

Les dimensions des roulements sont les suivantes ; Les roulements que j'utilise des deux côtés sont des 626ZZ (diamètre intérieur 6 mm, diamètre extérieur 19 mm).J'ai retiré le roulement que j'ai utilisé au milieu d'un vieux disque dur. Ses dimensions sont diamètre intérieur 4 mm, diamètre extérieur 11 mm et largeur 12 mm. Des roulements similaires sortent des disques durs, mais il peut être difficile pour vous de trouver le disque dur. J'espère avoir pu aider.
Вообще то классная работа !!! Не спорю РУКИ ЗОЛОТЫЕ !!! Если надо для дела КЛАСС !!! Но сточки выгоды ноль !!! Исходя из стоимости и отхода материала не выгодно !!! Многие смотрят такие работы ради чтоб увидеть реальный размер сколько на сколько , тип крепежа , марку клея итд. и итп. . А не манипуляцию ловких рук и конечный результат !!! Многим нужна информация на альтернативный инструмент по сравнению с фабричным станком. Так обычный фабричный не всегда соответствует тем требованиям пользователя , а переделка в основном металлолом ибо материал из чего сделан это во всём сплав не металл. Всего хорошего Вам !!! @ Скажу проще. Он считает, что вы отличный мастер и работа сделана отличная. При этом, он сомневается, что этот станок нужен Вам для работы и даже считает, что никакой выгоды от станка нет. Также он утверждает, что такие ролики смотрят для того, чтобы поучиться приёмам работы и используемым материалам. Предпоследний абзац у него можно считать набором слов, т.к. почти никакого смысла.

Hallo. Zunächst einmal vielen Dank. Ich glaube nicht, dass es sich um einen Puzzle-Tisch handelt. In der Türkei ist es unter dem Wort „Decoupage“ bekannt. Da andererseits gekrümmte Schnitte möglich sind, eignet sich diese Säge auch zum Formen eines Puzzles.

Muchas gracias. Me alegro de que te guste. Las dimensiones de los rodamientos son las siguientes; Rodamientos que utilicé en ambos lados 626ZZ (diámetro interior de 6 mm, diámetro exterior de 19 mm). Desmonté el rodamiento que usé en el medio de un disco duro viejo. Sus dimensiones son diámetro interior 4 mm, diámetro exterior 11 mm y ancho 12 mm. Utilicé el rodamiento en el medio del cabezal de lectura y escritura, es decir, la parte móvil de los discos duros.

Yani PDF veya word dosyasına ölçüleri versem herkes için daha iyi olacak galiba. Ancak dediğim programı indirirseniz metre şeklindeki ikon ile tüm ölçüleri rahatlıkla çıkarabilirsiniz. Yine de vakit ayirabilirsem dekupaj tezgahı için kolay ölçü tablosu yapmaya çalışırım.
@ ayrıca sizin ustalığınız yanında bu planları vermeniz çok güzel genelde bu tür videoları izlesem de ne malzeme ne de ölçüler ile ilgili malûmat vermiyorlar bu da bi çok kişinin işine yaramıyor ayrıca bu emeğiniz içinde teşekkürler

Hello there. The detailed PDF plan for the jigsaw bench is available at the bottom of the description section. The 3D plan drawn in the Sketchup program for the print drill is also available in the description section of the video. However, I haven't prepared a PDF plan yet. Start with a jigsaw if you wish. how do you keep the jig saw running without maintaining the trigger button presssed down??

Hello there. My saw has a lock button that can hold the button down. I press this button after pressing the trigger. If your saw doesn't have one, use a switched socket. secure the saw's trigger with a cable or plastic clamp. In this case, when you plug the saw into the socket, it will work directly. If you choose the socket with a switch, the saw will depend on this switch. You can see a wiring harness like this in my "table saw" video. I hope I understood your question and gave an adequate answer.
When I bought a jigsaw with this kind of project in mind, I specifically looked for a model with a lockable trigger and easy blade release, and ended up with a Bosch GST 90 E. The trigger is rather hard to get to though, so I might end up mounting an NVR switch like the one I have on my router extension on my table saw. (Axminster AX103622). It's rather expensive, but it is a heck of a lot more convenient. Doesn't work with cordless jigsaws though. ;) Edit: I ended up buying a cheap on/off switch (green on / red off) and connected it to the 2 halves of an extension cord with spade connectors. I got it right the first time, so no tripped breaker. :)

I don't quite understand your question, but I also use a long knife. It cuts pretty well. You can see that I use this workbench in almost every video I have. It is one of my favorite tools.

İçerisinde bulunan .skp uzantılı 3D çizim dosyası ise sketchup isimli program ile açılabilir. Sizin son durumunuz nedir acaba. Dosya indi mi? Yoksa link hatalı diye uyarı mı aldınız?

Teşekkürler Salih bey. Dekupaj uçlarım genelde Bosch marka ancak değişik uçlar kullanıyorum. Yani kavisli kesim yaparken ince uc var. Temiz kesim için ayrı. 5 e 10 gibi kalın tahta keserken ise uzun üç kullanıyorum. Bıçak kılavuzu ayarlanabildigi için kalınlık veya uzunluk sorun olmuyor

Questa panchina è la mia preferita. Uno dei miei strumenti più utili. Ho realizzato un sistema di protezione adatto a questo banco da lavoro e allo strumento per tagliare i cerchi. Forse hai visto il video. Ho comprato le punte coniche dal sito di aliexpress, ma è passato molto tempo. Se vuoi acquistare un buon marchio in questo senso, devi spendere di più. Questi stanno funzionando per me per ora. Fai le tue ricerche su internet. Sinceramente, non c'è un marchio che posso consigliare.
Alcuni progetti, purtroppo, non posso scaricarli perché sono in Winrar e mi chiede l'acquisto del pacchetto.. Gli altri che hai in pdf e non richiede Winrar vanno bene.. peccato!

Привет! Если поднять стойку, на которой крепится планка с подшипниками, нацепить на неё пружину, средней упругости, то, на пружине можно зафиксировать верхнюю часть полоски по металлу, а нижнюю часть закрепить за отломанный наконечник сдохшей, "родной" пилы лобзика. Планку с подшипниками можно снять или оставить! При этом, можно использовать и пилочки от ручного лобзика, (через пинцет-зажим, подвешенный к пружине), только, (в обеих случаях), добавить, сверх площадки, дополнительный, фиксированный к ней столик! Так же, можно использовать, травматологическую, (проволочную), "Пилу Джигли", только, она не любит перегрева - (рвётся, если слишком усердно пилить кость)... Мира всем!@

Truly love your work, design and projects. Frustrated that I cannot get my hands on multi-layered plywood like you use. Even our US 18mm (3/4 in) furniture grade birch plywood (now $90 for 4 ft x 8 ft) would not handle the drilling as you do in you smaller pieces here. I suppose in Europe or Japan it is easier to get true Baltic birch with 17+ ply. Thanks again for your channel.

Looks nice, pity you did not make the support stand more Z-shaped so you got an offset from the arm, that way you would have been able to crosscut some distance into long boards.

Merhaba. Benim yaptığım sehbada 2 kat MDF var. Bunlardan biri 18mm diğeri 8mm. 18 ligi dekupaj testere ölçüsüne göre kestigim için testere yüksekliğinden sadece 8mm kaybediyoruz. Bu durumda kısa olan kavisli kesim bıçağı bile kılavuzda kullanılabiliyor

Great looking jigsaw table! Please can you let me know what type of bearings you used? I downloaded your plans and it just says "bearing from old hard disk" but hard disks use different bearings. Thanks!

The dimensions of the bearings are as follows; Bearings I used on both sides 626ZZ (6mm inner diameter, 19mm outer diameter) I disassembled the bearing I used in the middle of an old hard disk. Its dimensions are inner diameter 4 mm, outer diameter 11 mm and width 12 mm. I used the bearing in the middle of the read-write head, that is, the moving part of the hard disks.

Excellent work. Btw what is the purpose of two spinning wheels? To stabilize the saw? I really need to know, cant we just use without that?
Hello there. Firstly, thank you. When you say "two spinning wheels", I think you mean the bearings on both sides of the saw blade. These bearings prevent the saw blade from swinging and provide straight cuts. Since the jigsaw holds the tip from a single point, it cannot hold the saw tip steady during the loading of the piece to be cut. Bearings placed on the sides and back in this way play an important role in smooth cutting and curved cutting.

Les dimensions des roulements sont les suivantes ; Les roulements que j'utilise des deux côtés sont des 626ZZ (diamètre intérieur 6 mm, diamètre extérieur 19 mm).J'ai retiré le roulement que j'ai utilisé au milieu d'un vieux disque dur. Ses dimensions sont diamètre intérieur 4 mm, diamètre extérieur 11 mm et largeur 12 mm. Des roulements similaires sortent des disques durs, mais il peut être difficile pour vous de trouver le disque dur. J'espère avoir pu aider.

Многим нужна информация на альтернативный инструмент по сравнению с фабричным станком.
Так обычный фабричный не всегда соответствует тем требованиям пользователя , а переделка в основном металлолом ибо материал из чего сделан это во всём сплав не металл.

Hallo. Zunächst einmal vielen Dank. Ich glaube nicht, dass es sich um einen Puzzle-Tisch handelt. In der Türkei ist es unter dem Wort „Decoupage“ bekannt. Da andererseits gekrümmte Schnitte möglich sind, eignet sich diese Säge auch zum Formen eines Puzzles.

Muchas gracias. Me alegro de que te guste. Las dimensiones de los rodamientos son las siguientes; Rodamientos que utilicé en ambos lados 626ZZ (diámetro interior de 6 mm, diámetro exterior de 19 mm). Desmonté el rodamiento que usé en el medio de un disco duro viejo. Sus dimensiones son diámetro interior 4 mm, diámetro exterior 11 mm y ancho 12 mm. Utilicé el rodamiento en el medio del cabezal de lectura y escritura, es decir, la parte móvil de los discos duros.

Yani PDF veya word dosyasına ölçüleri versem herkes için daha iyi olacak galiba. Ancak dediğim programı indirirseniz metre şeklindeki ikon ile tüm ölçüleri rahatlıkla çıkarabilirsiniz. Yine de vakit ayirabilirsem dekupaj tezgahı için kolay ölçü tablosu yapmaya çalışırım.

Hello there. The detailed PDF plan for the jigsaw bench is available at the bottom of the description section. The 3D plan drawn in the Sketchup program for the print drill is also available in the description section of the video. However, I haven't prepared a PDF plan yet. Start with a jigsaw if you wish. Let me try to prepare a PDF plan for the drill stand. but this might take a while.

how do you keep the jig saw running without maintaining the trigger button presssed down??
Hello there. My saw has a lock button that can hold the button down. I press this button after pressing the trigger. If your saw doesn't have one, use a switched socket. secure the saw's trigger with a cable or plastic clamp. In this case, when you plug the saw into the socket, it will work directly. If you choose the socket with a switch, the saw will depend on this switch. You can see a wiring harness like this in my "table saw" video. I hope I understood your question and gave an adequate answer.
When I bought a jigsaw with this kind of project in mind, I specifically looked for a model with a lockable trigger and easy blade release, and ended up with a Bosch GST 90 E.
The trigger is rather hard to get to though, so I might end up mounting an NVR switch like the one I have on my router extension on my table saw. (Axminster AX103622). It's rather expensive, but it is a heck of a lot more convenient. Doesn't work with cordless jigsaws though. ;)
Edit: I ended up buying a cheap on/off switch (green on / red off) and connected it to the 2 halves of an extension cord with spade connectors.
I got it right the first time, so no tripped breaker. :)
Hello there. It is easy to reach the trigger and lock system on my jigsaw. If you watched my "table saw" video, I solved it by putting an electric switch there. That way it's not too expensive. Keep following me...

I don't quite understand your question, but I also use a long knife. It cuts pretty well. You can see that I use this workbench in almost every video I have. It is one of my favorite tools.

İçerisinde bulunan .skp uzantılı 3D çizim dosyası ise sketchup isimli program ile açılabilir. Sizin son durumunuz nedir acaba. Dosya indi mi? Yoksa link hatalı diye uyarı mı aldınız?

Teşekkürler Salih bey. Dekupaj uçlarım genelde Bosch marka ancak değişik uçlar kullanıyorum. Yani kavisli kesim yaparken ince uc var. Temiz kesim için ayrı. 5 e 10 gibi kalın tahta keserken ise uzun üç kullanıyorum. Bıçak kılavuzu ayarlanabildigi için kalınlık veya uzunluk sorun olmuyor

Potresti farmi sapere le punte che usi per il trapano, intendo quelle coniche? Hai una marca da consigliarmi? grazie
Questa panchina è la mia preferita. Uno dei miei strumenti più utili. Ho realizzato un sistema di protezione adatto a questo banco da lavoro e allo strumento per tagliare i cerchi. Forse hai visto il video. Ho comprato le punte coniche dal sito di aliexpress, ma è passato molto tempo. Se vuoi acquistare un buon marchio in questo senso, devi spendere di più. Questi stanno funzionando per me per ora. Fai le tue ricerche su internet. Sinceramente, non c'è un marchio che posso consigliare.
Alcuni progetti, purtroppo, non posso scaricarli perché sono in Winrar e mi chiede l'acquisto del pacchetto.. Gli altri che hai in pdf e non richiede Winrar vanno bene.. peccato!
