Cause we are not the body, and as a consciousness you don't have any caste. So when there is no need for any caste, why there will be a need for any reservation. Please stop spreading misinformation! Acharya P. Clearly says, yes CLEARLY and OPENLY says in his videos that Upper Castes have exploited Lower Castes in the past. Due to this many lower caste people resort to not support Literature (Such as Gita, Upnishads) as it is considered to be an Upper Cast thing. His message has always been to make people believe that even if they are lower caste they shouldn't shy away from seeking the immense Knowledge that is there in Gita and Upnishads.
I was also an atheist before I saw the Dhruv Rathee interview with Acharya Prashant, but I was still able to understand him and become adhyatmik because I know that while listening to a new way of thinking it is important to see it from an ubiased pov and try to understand it thoroughly. Then if I have any disagreement or agreement both will be fine because they have come from unbiased understanding and analysis of that particular ideology. Acharya prashant literally justified reservation in one of his early 2014 videos and has regularly admitted the fact of caste based discrimination in even today's time in tons of his videos which is entirely opposite to what vimoh stated here that "acharya prashant doesn't talk about these things" lol ! Can I ask you something? I'm genuinely having trouble with extracting metaphorical meaning from scriptures that were written thousands of years ago. There's no evidence indicating that we must interpret those written scriptures as metaphors. Even if it's written, there's nothing that tells us which metaphor is right or wrong-whether it's the interpretation given thousands of years ago within the context of that time or the interpretations made by Vedantists today. Let's say, for instance, that the philosophy mostly discussed by Vedantists is true. Is there any reason to confine it within religious boundaries? Why can't it stand alone with its literal meaning? Why do they always have to connect it with religion?

Bhai caste is nothing but body identification. AP is away from this low level arguments. His philosophy is that we don't need caste system. Cause we are not the body, and as a consciousness you don't have any caste. So when there is no need for any caste, why there will be a need for any reservation. Reservation can be considered as "Karuna" when there is a real need for it, unless just on the basis of caste it is totally absurd.

Acharya P. Clearly says, yes CLEARLY and OPENLY says in his videos that Upper Castes have exploited Lower Castes in the past. Due to this many lower caste people resort to not support Literature (Such as Gita, Upnishads) as it is considered to be an Upper Cast thing.

I was also an atheist before I saw the Dhruv Rathee interview with Acharya Prashant, but I was still able to understand him and become adhyatmik because I know that while listening to a new way of thinking it is important to see it from an ubiased pov and try to understand it thoroughly.
Then if I have any disagreement or agreement both will be fine because they have come from unbiased understanding and analysis of that particular ideology.

Acharya prashant literally justified reservation in one of his early 2014 videos and has regularly admitted the fact of caste based discrimination in even today's time in tons of his videos which is entirely opposite to what vimoh stated here that "acharya prashant doesn't talk about these things" lol !

Can I ask you something? I'm genuinely having trouble with extracting metaphorical meaning from scriptures that were written thousands of years ago. There's no evidence indicating that we must interpret those written scriptures as metaphors. Even if it's written, there's nothing that tells us which metaphor is right or wrong-whether it's the interpretation given thousands of years ago within the context of that time or the interpretations made by Vedantists today.
Let's say, for instance, that the philosophy mostly discussed by Vedantists is true. Is there any reason to confine it within religious boundaries? Why can't it stand alone with its literal meaning? Why do they always have to connect it with religion?
