These reading list videos are absolutely excellent. Although I have Amazon and eBay book deliveries almost every day lately as a result...

I apologise for that typographical error. It has been corrected.

@@SaiyadNizamuddinAhmad Oh, I didn’t even notice the typo. I just thought it was very amusing that you mentioned ppl saying Coomer Swamy with a straight face.

Excellent, Professor. However, I know you wouldn't mind me saying that he was born in Colombo, not Columbia.

Love these reading lists, thank for taking the time to share your knowledge. I had just recently completed Koomaraswamy's “Time and Eternity” - an exhilarating read.

Ananda Coomaraswamy seems to have been less “political” than other Traditionalists, but has really shaped sacred art analysis. As far as I know he was also the only significant Hindu in the School. I wonder if there were more?

      Hello,
I think that, in fact, he was eminently "political", in the best sense possible; he was really involved in what India was going through in his time, offering a great insight and perception of the "signs of times" that were appearing in his nation.
      Peace be upon you.

Do you know ken Wheeler, he has a TH-cam channel. Apparently coomaraswamy’s grandson gifted him the rights to all of coomaraswamy’s works.

Thank you for pointing that out out. Indeed, I follow his channel, but I only recently saw the video in which he indicates that Dr Rama Coomaraswamy transferred the rights to his father's work to him. I was surprised to learn this since I had no idea of Wheeler's connection to Dr Rama. I would be curious to know more about that. Perhaps Wheeler will shed light on that at some point.

@@SaiyadNizamuddinAhmad It seems a bit weird to me, in the video where he states this numerous people in the comments that (say to) have a personal connection with Rama say that they doubt this. In another livestream Ken Wheeler calls Guenon a "mental midget". Regardless, it might be true, I don't know.
