我每次煮煲仔飯未落材料時D米嘅濕干度都非常適合,但落咗材料同煲好落豉油之後,飯就會變得好濕爛,我亦嘗試將米水再減至極度少,但結果仍是一樣,亦嘗試將材料盡量瀝乾,但結果仍然一樣,請問可以點做先令到飯够乾身,粒粒分明?
