I really like this dish. Like Singapore noodles. They are pretty simple but hard to master. Love this kind of food.
唯一一處有疑問的就是 - 因為牛肉已經醃過, 應該係先調味做色, 之後才把牛肉回鍋, 要把牛肉和河粉味道連合, 最後要放少許剛炒嫩牛用既熱油, 熄火略炒. 這樣牛肉和河粉味道會互相吸收

唔係著件廚師衫就係廚師, 中式鑊鏟都唔會用, 用西式沙律叉教人, 有啲不知所謂
JACK LUN 工欲善其事 只要用得其所什麼工具都可以用,如果要用鑊鏟炒不如用筷子 筷子和义都有異曲同工之妙。 懂得做菜的人就會明白我說什麼
無特別, 只係話你唔識煮餸
因為梁師傅教既係家庭觀眾,所以唔拋鑊,用最貼近師奶煮餸方式去教啊,你明唔明啊,
