    Our Tail Tidy kit provides a way to eliminate the bulky stock fender and create a sleek and finished look that is far better than stock. We have taken the time to meticulously design and develop components that are unsurpassed in fit, style, and function. Our exclusive Undertail Closeout perfectly matches the lines of this Ninja 650. It provides a mounting base for the adjustable angle license plate bracket while closing off the trunk area from water and debris. Please follow the link above to access more information and photos of this kit installed on the bike.

    the reflectors do come with it correct? in the uk you have to have them and the website doesn't mention that they're in the box and showing pictures, just want to confirm before buying

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They do not. The reflectors are a separate item. What you see in our "what's in the box" photos is what you get with the kit you are looking at. We typically sell all items separately because we have several choices of each part/kit and this enables you to customize the setup that you are after.

    curious would this fit a 2014 650? Is it the same fitment?
    If not, is there a way to special order one?

    Post a video showing the functionality of the adjustable fender eliminator on the 17+ Ninja 650
    What is adjustable about it?
    Is it adjustable on the fly, or do i need tools?
    Will it fold my plate flush with the underside of the tail for track/lot days?

    • @andrewhill5580
      @andrewhill5580 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also, when does the 17+ Ninja 650 Integrated Smoke Tail Light release? Been waiting patiently for it for a couple months, and would rather buy your product than MotoDynamics

      You can see the adjustment range at time stamp 1:44. The plate bracket rotates about the hinges that mount it to the closeout component. Making the adjustment requires a 4mm allen wrench. You unlock the hinge screws, adjust, and then lock it down again. It is not adjustable on the fly unless you rig it up that way somehow, but that is beyond the scope of what the product was designed for.

      We are still working on finalizing the design of the tail light. We have not started cutting any injection molding tools yet. At this point we are trying to make the circuitry, optics, and our physical shape of the light jive together. I think we are really close to finalizing that. You can sign up for notifications about the product on our website. As we draw closer to the end of the project we will be sending a newsletter. When the product becomes available we will then once again send out a newsletter.

      Typically you contact our excellent customer service guys through our website and they troubleshoot with you. In case the parts are found to be faulty you are covered by warranty.

    Is this compatible to the Z900 too?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      We are working on a Z900 fender eliminator. The Z650 has a flat undertail area with a small dip where the fender comes off. On the 900 the void left by the fender is deep and originates from a curved/complex surface. We had to design an injection molded undertail closeout base that would first close the void left by the fender, and then allow the license plate bracket components to mount on. We have prototypes, and we are machining the injection mold tools right now. We will be releasing that kit in a few weeks. You can see photos and get info here: tstindustries.com/tst-elite-1-fender-eliminator-undertail-kit-kawasaki-z900-2017.html
      You can also anticipate a video showing this fender eliminator in a day or two on our TH-cam channel. That is one of the videos that will be launching this week.

      I know it's been a year, but just in case you're curious. He actually said blue loctite. Loctite is a brand of thread locker. It prevents screws from coming undone specifically in places that vibrate. You want the blue formula of loctite, because you can break that bond with hand tools. God help you if you use the red stuff. That can only be broken with heat, and a lot of it.
