I think my favorite part of this chapter was seeing Sanji, Luffy, Zoro, and Jinbei in the last panel. Seeing them ready to take on an admiral even though they’re clearly still healing really shows their growth.
I really like how every admiral has a devil fruit opposite of their personality like aokiji being warm hearted with his ice fruit, kizaru being so slow while he has the light fruit, akainu being cold hearted with his magma fruit, and now ryogyoku being so war hungry while he has a forest fruit (bc forest would be peaceful)
What's worst is that the Red Haired pirates is said to not have a huge gap in strength from each other. Imagine people like Ben Beckman, Lucky Roo, and Yasopp. If Shanks observation haki was that strong, imagine Yasopp's...the sniper of the crew 🔥

My hypothesis is that Yasopp is just like Usopp in that both their reputations overshadow them and they’re both still cowardly and that’s why Yasopp isn’t ready to face Usopp yet.

Could be, but I'm pretty sure the panel that said "it's not sea water" after the kouzuki guy said jack swam around was to precisely cover the "plot hole" people would have pointed out. Although devil fruit users are weakened by all types of water, they do so at varying degrees. The fact that Jack is a fisherman + it's only rain water that's accumulated over the years, allowed him to swim without too much difficulty.
@@Jaschka15 don't remember the specific chapter/ep but there have been scenes where luffy is weakened taking a bath and someone comments how even non-sea water still weakens devil fruit users to a certain extent.
I guess Zunesha's role is to destroy those erected walls and open up the Wano, that's why Zunesha came to Wano and went away without doing anything when Momo said he is not ready to open up the Wano yet.
The last page of the chapter was just freaking epic and one of the best panel this arc 🔥. Luffy, our goat MC, who is now a Yonko, just vibing with his commanders, while nonchalantly knowing an admiral was there. From two years ago to now, they've grown so much...so proud of them

Jack exploring the waters of Wano must have happened when he was younger, before he got his DF. In Oden's flashback we see a silhouette similar to Jack so this probably confirms that he has been in Kaido's crew since he was a kid and before he had a DF! Great video as well btw!!

But it doesn't matter if it's fresh or saltwater they can't move when submerged in all water. Common misconception thinking devil fruit users can swim in fresh water thats just not the case.
My favourite scenes : luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Jimbei chilling and the fact that greenbull said if kaido was still in charge he wouldn't have came here, it shows how much of a threat kaido was even to the strongest people in the whole verse
Shanks’ haki is so strong that not only could be pinpoint Greenbull for the haki burst, but he knew exactly what was going on at the flower capital even though he was so far away.

it makes me think with what shanks demonstrated to green bull with haki lightning, the storm that seems to follow every mysterious event could just be massive amounts of conquerors haki. which would make sense given all the scenarios we've seen it. Shanks here is probably able to telepathically reach green bull because shanks is asserting his will/frustration onto green bull to make him back down, and the storms being caused is just the level of mastery. When shiki surrounded roger an a large storm appeared, that couldve easily been due to rogers uncontended use of conquerors haki as he is literally forcing his will and dreams against shiki's as he denies to bow down. We can assume Dragon has conquerors because of garps statement that luffy inherited it, and when Dragon comes to save luffy from smoker, he is quite literally forcing his will upon someone weaker than him to influence their decisions. The storms might not be a manifestation of a fruits abilities but might be because of the interaction of haki in the air

Shanks meeting Luffy in Wano would come off like a post credit scene rather than a significant spotlight that we been waiting on for decades. I think Jack can swim to the bottom of mount Fuji to access the opening because it's not sea water but rainwater. One thing that made me curious, is when Shank shoots his long-ranged Haki, Greenbull turned back to his human form. Does that mean that the next level of Haki is to weaken the devil fruit ability? Which means the will of the Haki user overpowering the will of the devil itself. Because that would make sense as to why Roger can keep up with all those powerful DF user with only Haki.

(considering he had the same devil fruit powers luffy currently has in gear 5) if you remember in chapter 1044 luffy also managed to pull off the ground a somewhat large bouncy wall to deflect back kaido's attack and that's just the tip of the iceberg considering the capabilities of his devil fruit powers (he literally first went into gear 5 on that chapter, so i assume it has a higher power ceiling)

Green Bull seems to be trying too hard to be hated. He kinda reminds me of Kuma in a sense. Also, when Momosuke used Kaido's attack he seems to be worried about Wano being destroyed. The fact that Green Bull literally restored Wanos environment says something.

Out of all the Conquerers Haki we’ve seen Shanks is the only one we’ve seen do physical damage, when he walked onto whitebeards ship his Haki was cracking it which goes to show just how strong his COC is.
I'm glad Uta is canon/semi-canon. The last trailer revealed she has black wings so she could be a Lunarian in disguise, that may explain why the Gorosei has an interest in a her and why Shanks had to abandon her.

So I was rereading the raid and when Luffy knocked down Kiado underground it created cracks of the wall that leads to the waterfall. Wano will be opened up and pluton is going to be shown very very soon.
Also when Law and Robin were shoulder to shoulder I was so Jealous!! I was saying "Robin Please trade places with me!" 😍 Ohara about Jack being underwater...don't forget when Jack appeared in Wano and fought Ashura he was riding a crocodile. I loved this chapter!! I think what's implied is that Jack can swim within the Wano wall because it is all collected rainwater, which unlike the ocean/sea isn't salt water. Whilst I doubt it's as simple as salt=dangerous, I think there is some property of the sea/ocean which gives it the interaction with devil fruit users, as opposed to water generally such as rainwater.

Regarding the mysterious power that erected the walls around wano i have an idea. I mean luffy can turn into a giant. he can fly. he can grab the ground, turn it into rubber and stretch it out. Jack could have discover the ponyglyph years ago, before he actually ate his fruit. The fruit could be in fact his reward for finding the road ponyglyph, making him the third Top Performers. It could also be why King and Queen look so down on him.

I think it’s valid that people aren’t huge on Shanks being in Wano like this, but I appreciate what it’s shown for Luffy’s character. The fact Luffy senses Shanks and just smiles while doing his thing seems to say “I’ll see you soon Shanks, but on my terms” rather than rushing towards him like he would have pre timeskip. The plot mechanics behind the scene are a bit flimsy, but I don’t care as much when the emotions and characterization are so strong
Hey Ohara! I think the reason why jack discovered the Old Land of Wano and can swim is that, its not a "Sea Water", It's a Lake. And it was said if you are a Devil Fruit user, you can't swim in the sea, where it was clearly the same as when you are handcuff by a sea stone, then you can't use your Devil Fruit Power. Same example, when Luffy defeated Crocodile, he was using drinking water and coated on his body. That would explain why Jack discovered the Old Wano and the Poneglyph.

The real question is how did Oden know about Wano and the Load Poneglyph? After all he went swimming and diving to get fish for his Oden which i found odd. Maybe he stumbled upon that by accident or was it just through something he learned on the journey with Roger.
Jack being able to swim down there makes sense since it's not actual seawater. It's all fresh rain water. That's also how the city below is so well preserved. If it where seawater it would have eroded faster.

nah. in water 7 luffy could swim in rain/fresh water. Devil fruit users are affected by the sea and only the sea or things that are made from the sea. The big question is how does kaidos team enter via the port instead of the waterfall if there are walls around wano

Jack was able to move under the water in want because it isn’t sea water, it is rain water, which was explained in the chapter. The same way we see Luffy, Chopper, Brook move around in the bath. The weakness isn’t water but the “sea water” / the sea itself like sea stone
There were two island at the start of New World that may have had strage gravitational effwcts from a previously awakened user. Appo and his crew ran off a cliff but ended up climbing thin air, and one island (I forget who was on it) that had a UFO. Both could be the result of permanent "gravity pockets".
Fun fact: The One Piece mangas rating on MAL keeps rising and at the pace it is going it will overtake SBR in about 1 year (if Wano ramps up the heat even further it may happen even earlier).
I remember in an sbs Oda once said that if Shanks was at Fishman Island, he could’ve knocked out all 10,000 of the Fishman pirates, including Hody. This felt way, way, way bigger than even that. Edit: It’s also very interesting to me that whenever we’ve seen Shanks use his Conqueror’s Haki, he ends up using it indiscriminately, instead of selectively like we’ve seen with Luffy and Rayleigh.
He seems to target it very, very strongly on the admiral. But a bit of it seems to leak in all directions indeed. And in fact it makes its encounter with Newgate more sense : all his haki was focused on him, those who fainted around were hit by the fainter diffusion of it. As to how ? Pure physics course. He's shooting a beam of haoshuku bosons (who's minimum halftime can now be inferred from the range) through it's field which interacts with matter pretty much like a photon would. Rookies around faint just like one can be blinded by the reflection of dust in the path of a laser beam.
In this chapter it also looks like Zoro was drawn with a resemblance to the Shimotsukis. I think this is also a very important detail or foreshadowing for Zoro's connection to Wano.
this chapter was so amazing and especially the last panel of the chapter where luffy,Zoro n co. was just watching the fight and chilling was something else. after all straw hats are now a yonko crew and I think that even against two admiral together I think straw hats will definitely beat them (without a doubt). And luffy is a yonko and we need to respect that and give him a big edge over the admirals and how can I forget the shanks coc part that was absolutely fire 🔥🔥 n I'm very excited what the story is waiting for us🤞
Shanks conversation with green bull maybe an example of combining conqueror's and observation haki, as ryou is an example of conqueror's and armament haki.
What shanks did was something like out of the hunter x hunter. Using the aura to create "en". Expanding the nen to an area of effect to locate another nen user. I think that's another advanced way of using the conqueror's haki. And then another advanced conqueror's haki in the form of that paralyzing lightning. Directing the strong CH trajectory into a location. I mean, we didn't even see roger using that, only the kamusari which he used to oden. That shows how supreme shanks' haki prowess. No wonder he stayed an emperor for a long time.
Blackbeard might showup cause of the walls around wano, to destroy them and go after pluton. The water inside the walls is rain water, ans not salt water, that might be the reason that jack could swim there

Pluton is the Oro Jackson. The Oro Jackson is below Wano, and Franky will implement it into the Sunny's transformation. Also, plot twist, the Pluton is Solaris, a flying ship.
Admiral Green Bull goes to Wano just to "plant" some trees and restore Wano again so that people can produce more foods. He is not there to fight Azakaya and Luffy's crew, but to HELP the people of Wano using his Devil Fruit Power.

How Jack diving around Wano is mysterious ? They specificaly said it was rain water. Fruit users are affectes by ocean water, so it’s logical that Jack can swim in rain water.
14:20 I always thought since Ruffy landed on Boa Hancock's Island that fruit powers were inhibited by sea stone fragments which are dissolved in sea water (similiar to salt in salt water), meaning that devil fruit users could go for a bath in inland lakes and so on, leaving only a potential plot hole of punk hazard with Ruffy and Robin not being able to swim. Although that might be explained with that both of them just don't know how to swim anymore as they haven't gone for a swim in decades.
If shanks is able to make others know his intentions, isn't it reasonable to assume he can feel others intentions also. Maybe that's what makes BB so terrifying. He couldn't ever sense his intentions, regardless of how strong his Haki was.
The mystery of jack to roam the old wano is that it wasn't a sea at all it's a rain water as stated by sukiyaki which consolidated throughout 800 years and one thing I guess the wall created in order to hide the pluton in old wano to protect it to the raising power emerges on the celestial dragon..it makes sense also that zunisha are sole being can destroy the border of wano. That latest charter made by oda on what really happens before the void century..
Remember when Shanks met with Whitebeard and his Haki was actively breaking the ship around him? It seems it can be used for attack without coating yourself or your attacks almost like an early hint at Ryuo.
My theory guess is that devil fruit eaters are only hampered by the "power of the sea" aka salt and saltwater, the massive water inside the walls of Wano is freshwater, hence Jack was able to swim around and not sink despite eating a devil a fruit
What if the reason Jack can swim is related to why Momo's fruit is considered a failure: the inability to counter the DF side effect of removing a user's ability to swim? It would mean Vegapunk has been trying to create User's that are unaffected by the sea?
It was explained that the waters around current Wano is not seawater. This is why Jack can swim in it. Devil fruit users cannot swim in seawater (saltwater).
My issue with the idea that it's not Fujitora but his sword that ate the devil fruit is that it would need to be a mythical zoan fruit. So far we've only seen zoan fruit with inanimate objects and we just learned that this is only possible because zoan fruit have a mind of their own. Sure there could be some kind special circumstance but if Oda is trying to keep to any sort of deadline, I doubt he'd be introducing a whole new mystery that wasn't given any real nod.

Could be, but I'm pretty sure the panel that said "it's not sea water" after the kouzuki guy said jack swam around was to precisely cover the "plot hole" people would have pointed out. Although devil fruit users are weakened by all types of water, they do so at varying degrees. The fact that Jack is a fisherman + it's only rain water that's accumulated over the years, allowed him to swim without too much difficulty.

Jack exploring the waters of Wano must have happened when he was younger, before he got his DF. In Oden's flashback we see a silhouette similar to Jack so this probably confirms that he has been in Kaido's crew since he was a kid and before he had a DF! Great video as well btw!!

it makes me think with what shanks demonstrated to green bull with haki lightning, the storm that seems to follow every mysterious event could just be massive amounts of conquerors haki. which would make sense given all the scenarios we've seen it. Shanks here is probably able to telepathically reach green bull because shanks is asserting his will/frustration onto green bull to make him back down, and the storms being caused is just the level of mastery. When shiki surrounded roger an a large storm appeared, that couldve easily been due to rogers uncontended use of conquerors haki as he is literally forcing his will and dreams against shiki's as he denies to bow down. We can assume Dragon has conquerors because of garps statement that luffy inherited it, and when Dragon comes to save luffy from smoker, he is quite literally forcing his will upon someone weaker than him to influence their decisions. The storms might not be a manifestation of a fruits abilities but might be because of the interaction of haki in the air

Shanks meeting Luffy in Wano would come off like a post credit scene rather than a significant spotlight that we been waiting on for decades. I think Jack can swim to the bottom of mount Fuji to access the opening because it's not sea water but rainwater. One thing that made me curious, is when Shank shoots his long-ranged Haki, Greenbull turned back to his human form. Does that mean that the next level of Haki is to weaken the devil fruit ability? Which means the will of the Haki user overpowering the will of the devil itself. Because that would make sense as to why Roger can keep up with all those powerful DF user with only Haki.

I think what's implied is that Jack can swim within the Wano wall because it is all collected rainwater, which unlike the ocean/sea isn't salt water. Whilst I doubt it's as simple as salt=dangerous, I think there is some property of the sea/ocean which gives it the interaction with devil fruit users, as opposed to water generally such as rainwater.

I think it’s valid that people aren’t huge on Shanks being in Wano like this, but I appreciate what it’s shown for Luffy’s character. The fact Luffy senses Shanks and just smiles while doing his thing seems to say “I’ll see you soon Shanks, but on my terms” rather than rushing towards him like he would have pre timeskip.
The plot mechanics behind the scene are a bit flimsy, but I don’t care as much when the emotions and characterization are so strong

Hey Ohara! I think the reason why jack discovered the Old Land of Wano and can swim is that, its not a "Sea Water", It's a Lake. And it was said if you are a Devil Fruit user, you can't swim in the sea, where it was clearly the same as when you are handcuff by a sea stone, then you can't use your Devil Fruit Power. Same example, when Luffy defeated Crocodile, he was using drinking water and coated on his body. That would explain why Jack discovered the Old Wano and the Poneglyph.

Jack was able to move under the water in want because it isn’t sea water, it is rain water, which was explained in the chapter. The same way we see Luffy, Chopper, Brook move around in the bath. The weakness isn’t water but the “sea water” / the sea itself like sea stone
There were two island at the start of New World that may have had strage gravitational effwcts from a previously awakened user. Appo and his crew ran off a cliff but ended up climbing thin air, and one island (I forget who was on it) that had a UFO. Both could be the result of permanent "gravity pockets".

Shanks conversation with green bull maybe an example of combining conqueror's and observation haki, as ryou is an example of conqueror's and armament haki.
What shanks did was something like out of the hunter x hunter. Using the aura to create "en". Expanding the nen to an area of effect to locate another nen user. I think that's another advanced way of using the conqueror's haki. And then another advanced conqueror's haki in the form of that paralyzing lightning. How Jack diving around Wano is mysterious ? They specificaly said it was rain water. Fruit users are affectes by ocean water, so it’s logical that Jack can swim in rain water.
14:20 I always thought since Ruffy landed on Boa Hancock's Island that fruit powers were inhibited by sea stone fragments which are dissolved in sea water (similiar to salt in salt water), meaning that devil fruit users could go for a bath in inland lakes and so on, leaving only a potential plot hole of punk hazard with Ruffy and Robin not being able to swim. Although that might be explained with that both of them just don't know how to swim anymore as they haven't gone for a swim in decades.
If shanks is able to make others know his intentions, isn't it reasonable to assume he can feel others intentions also. Maybe that's what makes BB so terrifying. He couldn't ever sense his intentions, regardless of how strong his Haki was.
The mystery of jack to roam the old wano is that it wasn't a sea at all it's a rain water as stated by sukiyaki which consolidated throughout 800 years and one thing I guess the wall created in order to hide the pluton in old wano to protect it to the raising power emerges on the celestial dragon..it makes sense also that zunisha are sole being can destroy the border of wano. Remember when Shanks met with Whitebeard and his Haki was actively breaking the ship around him? It seems it can be used for attack without coating yourself or your attacks almost like an early hint at Ryuo.
My theory guess is that devil fruit eaters are only hampered by the "power of the sea" aka salt and saltwater, the massive water inside the walls of Wano is freshwater, hence Jack was able to swim around and not sink despite eating a devil a fruit

What if the reason Jack can swim is related to why Momo's fruit is considered a failure: the inability to counter the DF side effect of removing a user's ability to swim? It would mean Vegapunk has been trying to create User's that are unaffected by the sea?
It was explained that the waters around current Wano is not seawater. This is why Jack can swim in it. Devil fruit users cannot swim in seawater (saltwater).

My issue with the idea that it's not Fujitora but his sword that ate the devil fruit is that it would need to be a mythical zoan fruit. So far we've only seen zoan fruit with inanimate objects and we just learned that this is only possible because zoan fruit have a mind of their own. Sure there could be some kind special circumstance but if Oda is trying to keep to any sort of deadline, I doubt he'd be introducing a whole new mystery that wasn't given any real nod.
