Unloading Polaris Sportsman Touring 1000 XP from trailer and first ride.

We unload our new Polaris Sportsman Touring 1000 XP from the trailer after the trip from the dealer. First time ever I have sat on an ATV that was running! Now my first ever ride is backward riding the Sportsman off the trailer. Then my ride is the long journey up and down my driveway. I'm trying hard to avoid a serious fail for my first ride ever on an ATV.

Guess what i just got the same thing day before yesterday in pearl white its a 2023 so basically the same thing. It too is my 1st 4 wheeler!!! Amazing fun!! Mine has the same set up as yours except diffrent rims and a bull guard! Such fun i have been missing out!!!

Nice quad looking at the same thing. FYI You don't need to use the brakes at low speeds. Just let off the throttle and you will come to a stop. You've probably figure that out by now tho. Lol

It is a trailer I picked up at an estate sale for $200. Nothing special, the floor dimensions are 4ft x 8ft. My ATV just barely fits in nice and snug.

If you're seriously that inexperienced you should wear a helmet. And you should also know that majority of ATV accidents happen while loading and unloading ATV.

I was thinking the same thing. I know we're all new at some point, and I'm thankful I was new when I was young and not his age. We may take it for granted that we started riding 4, hell even 3 wheelers, young. I remember when I had my Recon 250 trading rides with my buddy's XR100 dirtbike and we probably weren't even 12 back then. My cousin would show off on a BIG RED 3 wheeler when I was barely old enough to swim. Now I've got my own big boy 4 wheeler and I'm still jealous of these modern liter quads. It's ridiculous how far we've come.
