I'm no vocalist, so it always blows my mind that someone could have such an aggressive and powerful voice, while also having a beautiful and gentle side. Sam truly is a special vocalist
I have always been a fan of Sam Carter's voice, the aggressive and softer voice ie one of the best in the entire Metal/music community; the band is amazing also, the consistency of the quality of music and the way that they can keep going after Tom's passing should be the blueprint for how family/friendship/bandmates should function. Architects are almost at the top of the mountain for my personal preference and the only other vocalist/band(s) that I could put above them is Landon Tewers/The Plot In You, and to me if love could be measured then I'd have to say that Sam Carter (as a single individual) and Architects (as a complete group) are literally one small step below The Plot In You/Landon Tewers, the way that man can scream/cry/belt/Express raw emotion to then flip the formula on its head to his Blues style singing, acoustics, EDM/pop type music, hard rock/metal/hardcore & post and on and on...Sam Carter and Architects are easily resting closest to the very peak on the mountain of my go to metalcore bands just below TPIY/Landon Tewers. Absolutely amazing how much talent these bands posses nowadays. #RIPTOM
Stavros Sideris Yeah he did much better on the Doomsday Piano version. This is heavily edited from what I can tell, just doesn't sound natural at all :(
They took years to grow. They started as any angry screamo lol when it was a brief thing in early 'oo's" i fuckin love em. Enter shikari went to brit pop shit tho. They had a good mid 00 run but neved, dont seem to have come out of it
ive always absolutely loved his clean vocals, he's clearly still working on them even tho he doesn't use it in architects nearly as much as they used too
MM has really grown on me. I found the start quite jarring (then again the first time I heard Nihilist I was out running and it felt like a panic attack with drums) but the chorus is stunning :-)
To me, Architects has the most beautiful songs. Every one of their songs can hit you right in the feels and give you some major goosebumps. This is why Architects is my favorite and will always be my favorite band
Discovered this band shortly after I lost someone about a year ago, now I almost listen to them everyday. Thanks for getting me through the rough days, sounds like your speaking directly to me at times, it's crazy how much I can relate.
I really love the way Metalcore Bands develop their music these days. Bands like Architects and Imminence are taking our beloved genre to an absolute new level. Its like Metalcore is developing to something new!
Can’t believe they played this acoustically live. Was absolutely perfection with dead butterflies, memento mori and this in that order. Literally the holy trinity of songs at this point by them. Was so beautiful
report these dislikes for gods sake.. even if I was into trap or reggae music or idk greek traditional music I'd still like that song.. there's simply nothing to dislike here
I've been a huge advocate for saying Silverstein's acoustic music should be considered it's own genre, and I think Architects acoustic should also be considered it's own amazing genre of music, it sounds like nothing like any other acoustic songs I've heard before! So much passion and emotion.
the vocal is really nice! can’t predict what it will be in next second while listening. and the video is hypnotizing. had beautiful emotions from it. thank you. great job!
I like to think of each little dot of light is a soul searching for a connection in the void. Our souls join, and only for brief moments truly find solace, a calmness among the omnipresent darkness. Even though the distance between each soul is unimaginably vast, love transcends dimensions.
I used to listen to architects and got into them quite well but kindof just fell out of music in general. This is literally the most beautiful song I've ever heard. The guitar tone is so emotional
Screams like a devil, sings like an angel
So true
The falling angel
Reminds me of chester 💙 what a legend iconic man
Edgy lmao
foregas reminds me of Danni warsnop ! He’s like that!
I waiting for acoustic version album HOLY HELL
Would absolutely purchase
Especially The Seventh Circle could be interesting ;)
Dominic Peter I mean, Whitechapel did an acoustic version of End Of Flesh. I’m sure Architects could pull it off.
IM SO DOWN
I'm no vocalist, so it always blows my mind that someone could have such an aggressive and powerful voice, while also having a beautiful and gentle side. Sam truly is a special vocalist
Even the best vocalists are probably blown away by this tbh.

He is using software to adjust some things but other than that he is pretty cool live
Stavros Sideris Yeah he did much better on the Doomsday Piano version.
This is heavily edited from what I can tell, just doesn't sound natural at all :(
Chester was also a true talent in singing both agressively and beautifully.
Architects never disappoints no matter what they do
Cried on a concert of em because the speeches been too emotional for me :(
Jens h that’s fine the whole point of going to an architects show is to let all your emotions out
They took years to grow. They started as any angry screamo lol when it was a brief thing in early 'oo's" i fuckin love em. Enter shikari went to brit pop shit tho. They had a good mid 00 run but neved, dont seem to have come out of it
That really sick like this

How poorly this statement has aged.....
They are Architects, they should be building things, not breaking my heart with such beautiful songs.
Their building love and character keep on going brother! They do the same to me
и где-то подсознательно я слышу голос Ханни.
Панацея навсегда в сердце.
да...
даа❤️🩹
Gone With The Wind acoustic would be amazing too
holy shit yes.
Dont make me cry
Their friends in XCERTS kinda already did an amazing job in that
The Gone With the wind was the first song what i ever heard from Architects in 2016! Still my favorite!
That distant blue will be nice as well
This is so perfect, I can’t believe I’m alive to hear it
Bit dramatic.
Not really as someone with a terminal disease...im so glad im here to enjoy this 🤘
@@Alex-Walker chill
🖤🖤🖤🖤
Me too, love u.
It’s insane how much Sam has improved in his singing the past few years
Yeah pretty surprising since most vocalists get worn out and worse over time
His cleans were just as good 10 years ago. Listen to some stuff before lost forever // lost together
@@teehundeart his cleans where best in hollow crown I always thought but his screams have deffo got better
All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us is their best album tho
ive always absolutely loved his clean vocals, he's clearly still working on them even tho he doesn't use it in architects nearly as much as they used too
People write about acoustic version of modern misery, royal beggars, hereafter...
But we all know that humanity need Gone With The Wind
Hope is a prison
@@swordcoregamer3740 blehck!!!
I get my heart destroyed every now and then by these acoustic/piano versions after already being destroyed by the original. I just love it
This song is the sound your tears make beyond anger or fear, when there's nothing left...
This song touch in my soul and bring tears in my eyes.
Architects is special band.
love you🖤 Thanks to Architects i found piece of mind after losing my Father. And they give me strenght for the rest of my life.
Same here man. Holy Hell was actually released two days after the death of my father which makes it resonate with me even more
Ditto. I even quoted lyrics as part of my father’s eulogy.
Will gladly buy their whole back catalogue again at full price just for Acoustic versions like this, seriously fantastic
Just beautiful, dont know what else to say.
Goosebumps every time I listen
I second and also third this
Sam's vocal range never ceases to amaze me
This songs reminds me of my brother who I lost to cancer this year. My thoughts and prayers go out to anyone else still dealing with loss.
Pretty sure this song is about, or seems like he’s tryna give his life to his God but didn’t receive anything in return.
Can we please get an acoustic cover for Modern Misery now?
Seconded!!
MM has really grown on me. I found the start quite jarring (then again the first time I heard Nihilist I was out running and it felt like a panic attack with drums) but the chorus is stunning :-)
Yes! I really want an acoustic version of Modern Misery
Let's ask for the whole album acoustic! 😁
@@barrybuechner2912 that's what Ive wanted from the start!
To me, Architects has the most beautiful songs. Every one of their songs can hit you right in the feels and give you some major goosebumps. This is why Architects is my favorite and will always be my favorite band
I was NOT expecting that !
...
I loved it even more than I wanted it to be.
Architects is just one of the best bands out there
Absolutely unreal. Beautiful beyond belief, Architects musical talents are never ending. My favourite band for good reason🖤

Found a new version to fall asleep to. Architects will never disappoint me
Perfect
Well.. here I go crying again. This album gets me every time
Holy crap, so much talent in this band. Certain songs strike heart cords and others make you want to run head long into the storm.
i will always be in love with Sam's voice (both clean or metal scream) 😍♥️
Am I the only one crying and having goosebumps??
I don't know how can they get better at every song they compose; this is PURE art
Why and HOW could they take an already beautiful song and make it even more beautiful??
Thanks you guys. Thanks for all. The seasons bring relief. The Architects bring peace.
I would like this whole album acustic
i hope they'll make a whole album like this. truly special
Oh god please Architects please give us more of these. This is all I ever wanted.

Just another piece of art ..
Beautiful. The original song saved me from a very dark time in my life, thank you Architects for saving me.

So much feels from this
I fkn love them so much, i hope they never change.
This is so sad and so moving, and at the same time I just enjoy it so much.
Music is so powerful
This is the content I live for. Architects can do no wrong in my eyes, absolute perfection. ✌️
This is probably one of the best acoustic versions of a song i have ever seen. HOLY (SHIT) GHOST!
Thank you Architects.

Goosebumps.
Sam Carter the GOAT
blegh
🐐
3:33 it just me, or is it so haunting how he sings that?
Nope, I agree!
If anyone has ever seen him live inconcert, his voice is better life than it is on a CD. And that's real talent and real skill.
...... this is beautiful !!!
Yes!!! Thank you 😍😍😍
This is just beautiful
Didn't expect this to be honest. I like it! 😃
This absolutely broke me.
Me heart 🥰 Sam never dissapoints.
