Frankly, you tune it to your heart. The real kalimba players have several kalimbas, all tuned differently. Theoretically you could have 100 kalimbas all tuned slightly different to honor a given musical piece.
Not sure what key off just looking, but Looks like he has it tuned one major key going up in whole notes to the right and corresponding other major key (prolly the equivalent 5th to the first key) going whole notes left. The full key Kalimba I just got is tuned in C major and going whole notes right to the right then the third is to the left of the first note and so on. Been wondering about tuning it with wider range than just one major key tho. Options pretty endless with an instrument like this

But you can try drop G too
