Cooking ribs today on the pitboss
That’s awesome, I’m gonna be cooking ribs today also on my Pit Boss too tryout some new pellets, well new to me anyway. I’ll be making a video on it. This cook here is from back in January.
These ribs look incredible. I like your keep it simple motto. Might try the half and half apple juice and bourbon which sounds great.
How long did it take to cook these ribs?
Edit: nvm as soon as I submitted my comment you said “after 4 hours” lol. Great vid!
Oh yeah
Great to have you back. Great looking ribs Paul.
Great looking cook!
Good looking ribs Paul....even before the glaze! Those flavors sound delicious!
Thanks Rob! They were good, those Kosmo’s Q rib glazes are the real deal.
Looks great. I probably could sell those bbq sauces
I’ll reach out to Kosmo for you and will see what can be done
@@paulsq_ ok thanks polly
Can never go wrong with ribs and kosmo q glaze
My favorite from kosmos is the peach jalapeño. Those glaze’s are also excellent on wings.
Great job as always brother!! Those robs look great!
