SP13 connector military (IP68) - industrial plug / socket - waterproof - dust cap from cheap china

Quick look at very nice SP13 - military-industrial style plug / socket, with IP68 rating from cheap china that came in 2Pin/3Pin/4Pin/5Pin/6Pin/7Pin/9Pin.

Thanks for the Info, sir! I was checking out my solar generator that came with the SP13 connectors and needed to know how to fix if a problem occurs. Once I got it open I saw something I would never do myself, the company that put these harnesses together didn’t bother to use any heat shrink on the solder points and that alone could lead to a very bad thing. There is only maybe 2mm at most between the contacts and no separator designed. Glad I found that and I will correct the issue myself.

Thanks for posting this! Do you know of there are any male panel sockets? Looks like the females have no where to go but other than hooking up with male cables but not male gear with male in sockets? 😅
I want to make a panel where power coming in goes to male socket and than power going out comes out of a female socket.

Sadly I have no idea, try search on Conrad electronics - I think I saw there real one (those are chines clone) - but I can remember name of them I think it start with W. Genuine most like have bigger offer of variants and might fit Your need. For 2 PCS You can pay for genuine and it won't be massive difference.

SP13 -where 13 is size, they got different one like SP16 and it will be bigger in diameter and carrying current. Those are SP13/4 4 pins.

It is waterproof when the plug is connected only

Not only, You have cap for panel mount. If it's fitted on enclosure that's outside - after disconnecting [device / charger] - You can screw cap and left it outside in rain no problem (i have similar chines plugs outside, capped for at least 3 years in rain/snow and they sealed just fine, no ingress noticed)
