Lovely kitchen and really informative video - great upload! Funnily enough, the missus and I are in the process of renovating our home, kitchen included, and have been to both Wren and Howdens and picked out a look pretty much exactly like yours in this video but what I wanted to know was how easy are these Howdens powder finished type charcoal black units to clean? They're finger proof they say which sounds great but smudges and smears from kids hands and greasy fingers etc will always happen and my worry is they'll never look 100% clean or streak free unless i'm mistaken? Really torn between our Wren design V Howdens. Advice would be much appreciated! Cheers :o)
I have a Wren Kitchen, pretty much identical to the one in this video and despite attempts to clean it, some units seem to have absorbed the marks and they're now impossible to clean :( Gutted to say the least as I've only had it for 5 minutes
@@oliviathe0wl cheers for taking the time to respond. Wife is now 34 weeks pregnant and building works haven't quite finished so getting quite stressed out! Kitchen is coming along nicely though and doesn't look quite as congested as I thought despite having a sofa, dining table/bench and chairs plus a coffee corner built in so that's a relief. Is there any tips you've got in terms of keeping the cupboards clean apart from dry it as soon as they've been wiped so as to avoid leaving streak marks etc?

I just use a slightly damp microfibre cloth with a drop of washing liquid and try to only touch the handles, never the units themselves...
