I really admire how he stays so level-headed, never too high or too low. He’s been an amazing leader. I’ve loved listening to him talk about hockey-his knowledge and passion really come through. Now that we are in game 7 I’m done chirping. This has actually been a great tight series. I’m willing to congratulate Vancouver if they win, and I’m nervous at the prospect of fighting the rested stars if we win.

No bad feelings at all against Boeser or Demko, but I was honestly feeling quite hopeless for Game 7 until I saw this. Rick Tocchet is probably the best coach we’ve ever had for the team, and I’m including Vigneault, Quinn & Crawford (I know I know, come at me). It really shouldn’t be on two guys to carry the team, and everyone has been doing absolutely amazingly in the post season.
Lindholm is absolutely on fire, Miller has been the absolute stud that he is, and Garland & Joshua have definitely carried their weight in the tournament. This is the first time I’ve loved the Canucks team overall in a long time, and no matter the outcome, I’m proud of the boys for such an amazing comeback compared to last year.
Tocchet for president!! (prime minister?)

I feel like Tocchet has a very similar attitude to Quinn

The Canucks are a hell of a lot better than people thought. But yes, they are big underdogs tonight. If they lose, they can hang their heads high, and say this season was a massive success and step forward. Where if the Oilers lose, after many post seasons with this core, and the high expectations, it will be a massive fail. I just hope the game is more competitive than game 6, and would love to see a win for Brock, one of best human beings in the sport.

Whatever happens tonight, it's been a good season and I think the majority of us can be happy we even made it to the playoffs. There's a lot more to come over the next few seasons.
Through everything the playoffs threw at us, we managed to do really well.

@@Zacklou007 it’s over brotha. I hate to say it. Been a Canucks fan since ‘89 and never turned my back on the boys. I’m proud af of them this season and they overachieved in such a big way + huge future with Willander (F’ing loved this pick), Lekkermaki, D-Petey and whatever other genius moves Rutherford and Alvin make.
That said, the Oilers found their groove, two of our top three best playoff performers are out, and our $11M guy decided to only show up for 14-15 shifts all playoffs long.
Take those exp points, get big Z and Lindholm signed up, let Hoenek walk, and roll into next season fired up, and get it done.
Hope Brock will be back for the Conference finals.... 😅

How do you know you got a clot? Is it visible or pain or what ? I know they're dangerous.
They are painful ( my wife has them) and you have to be very careful about getting cut when you are on blood thinners. Flying is dangerous too. I doubt if Brock will be back at all this year.
I have a bad feeling about this game, but really hope they can turn this around and win it for Brock.

Yessir it's a huge problem in sports post covid. Athletes have great Cardio and aerobic exercise reduces blood pressure, thus most athletes are the least succeptable to this issue. There has been more athletes with blood clots post covid than in the previous 120 years of modern professional sports.

That’s what happened to me. Ended up with a blood clot in my lung. Thankfully I’m all better now but I was out for a month or so. No chance Boeser is coming back this year.
