Can you please talk about your own journey? Like why you decided to get into nursing and then talk about how long you were in each band for and the process for moving up the bands. Also overall how long did it take you to get to where you are? And how dis you become aware of opportunities that helped you move up?
I know it's a lot of questions but Im really interested in nursing and I want to know all about it in detail XD You dont have to answer if yoi dont feel comfortable.
