No intro? What's going on? I like this approach but they're a little harder to make, they leak, and they're actually harder to eat. A better way IMHO is to make a bacon, jalapeño, and cream cheese mix and then chill it down. Once cold you can form it into a disc that fits inside the beef much better and you won't get leaks. It's also easier to eat but I will say that there is something to actually biting through the burger as it's prepared here. With the pre-made blend you can also wrap it and make meatballs. Good job Pit Boys!!!
