I'm 57 yr. old irishman from rural Kentucky & we eat almost anything & i will not say what, as I do not want to disgust your viewers, lol. Spam is a household staple in Kentucky & per capita, Hawaii is # 1 in spam consumption, & Ky is # 2. You would be hard pressed to find a house in most homes in Ky., that do not have at least 1 can of spam in the pantry, also cans of potted meat, vienna sausages, & jars of dried/chipped beef, all Armour brand products. You have a great voice & personality for a tv food site, God bless & please stay safe

Wow! Kimchi really does go well with everything! I made a Kimchi Radish and egg scramble! I did not have any spam but in a strange kind of way, cubed pieces of prosciutto worked wonderfully well. I couldn't wait to try it, so instead of putting it atop some rice and sprinkling furikake on it, I sprinkled it with creamy feta and dug right in! It was very different but it worked and I was very satisfied!

Korean here, can confirm the sugar bit! my southern family makes our kimchi very strongly flavored, so when ours got too sour my mom would wash it a little bit and add sone suger and sesame oil(don't know if this dish has a name or she just came up with it)
As for the dishes in the vid, Spam, egg and kimchi combination is actually a lot of koreans enjoy, and the other two are _very_ unconventional indeed lol
