Coriander. 1/2 bunch
Cumin. 1 tsp
Onions. 2 each
Tomato. 1 each
Green chillies 4 each
Ginger. 1 inch
Garlic. 1 pod
Turmeric. 1/2 tspn
Cinnamon. 1 inch
Cloves 6 each
Peppers. 20 each
Cardamom. 4 each
Tamarind. 20gms
Vinegar. 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar. 1 tspn
Salt to taste
