Control Freak | Short Film (NYU ACCEPTED 2021)

Thank you to everyone who helped! I have been accepted into the class of 2025 at NYU Tisch to study film!
Control Freak tells the story of an outcast teenage boy, Jacob, with severe anxiety who finds himself imagining a negative outcome that might occur if he decides to ask his crush to prom. The film focuses on ‘glitches’ in his created mental reality in which copies of his peers reside. The surroundings and circumstances of these imagined characters are determined by the things Jacob sees in his therapist's office.

well done! some of the camera work here is amazing! I loved the use of dirty singles and subtle camera movement. The editing was really smooth as well! Great job! I'm trying to apply to NYU as well and checking out all these short films are great fun
