In this video we are showing you how t solve a COMMON PROBLEM on Mercedes w163. The overflow tank is a very weak spot. If the vehicle is 10+ years old you definitely need to keep eye on it and even replace it because the plastic starts cracking from all the heat in the engine compartment.
We purchased this Coolant overflow Tank for only $29.00 on eBay, brand new with a level sensor.
If you do not replace it after it starts leaking, there is a high possibility that you will overheat the engine.
This procedure should work on all Mercedes W163:

this the coolant Expansion tank, not the overlow tank
