46:11 i think what Wade is talking about here is an ichthyocentaur, an actual mythical creature that has a human upper half and the bottom half of another mythical creature, the hippocamp, a merhorse essentially.

"Bet on black" is actually the cliché.

The toast one depends on circumstance. If you live with a dog, you are screwed. If you live with a cat, you might be screwed. If you live alone, you just skip a day, it's not that big of a deal. Being a toaster would be the option if you have a lot of pets.

I guess it depends on how hungry the person is lol bob said he'd eat a random piece of toast but if I saw a random piece of toast left on my counter for who knows how long, I'm probably just tossing it in the trash. Maybe I'll pick a corner off for my dog.
But if that's the case, if I tear a corner off, do you transform back into a human missing a leg or something??

As someone who has a neurological disorder that causes my muscles to suddenly stop working at random, with no warning, I would rather be deaf. I can’t drive, I can’t go anywhere alone, I’ve had 20+ concussions, I’ve broken my arm and wrist, I’ve fallen down full flights of stairs, I’ve cracked my head in the shower, and I’ve broken ribs. I’m using some kind of mobility aid at all times, and had to drop out of school.
Being deaf is the better option in my opinion. I’m a CODA (child of a deaf adult) and have been part of the Deaf community for my entire life. Bob was right, they are amazing people with so much love and support for each other. But Bob also underestimates how ableist the world still is towards all kinds of disabilities, and how extremely expensive it can be to get assistive devices as a deaf person

The problem is they're privileged by their lifestyle at this point. If any normal person loses their hearing by they are deaf. They won't be affording the extremely expensive surgery and equipment needed

To be fair, for one: it's *at least* once a day, not *just* one time every day. And two, they are right when they talk about how easily you could just snap your neck by going limp while standing.
Also, I think they're saying that you can still live a happy life despite being deaf, not that you can just throw money at the problem and fix it. You'd just have to adjust your life

You're running late for class/work and the room is on the 6th floor. Late means absent/cut pay. Elevators aren't working so you run up on the stairs. Watch as you tumble back down when you suddenly go limp
