Learning guitar can be complicated. That’s why 90 percent of people give up! That’s also why you can find used guitars cheap on marketplace. When starting out, there’s no need to learn theory, scales, and other confusing approaches. Use the markers on your guitar and learn them easily. Power chords are in every Rock song you ever heard. They’re easy!!! Once you hear yourself playing something recognizable, you will be (encouraged) to practice and progress. Don’t give up. There will be “temporary” finger tip discomfort. This goes away.
