Thomas has helped me understand my inability to be a contemporary witness due to my collective childhood and adult trauma. I could not feel myself or others due to the collective trauma . the suffering and pain I experienced in my own life and then in the suffering of my son as a child was too overwhelming for me. I was numb and unconscious without being aware. 🥲.

Thomas’s voice and accent is so incredibly soothing and healing... I wish he did some deep healing meditations. I have been trying Joe Depenza meditation but for me his voice has no connection or chemistry, so I find it hard to stay with it.

All of life is a legacy of love, and all of life is a growing in and towards love.

This has been so helpful and instrumental in during this time as we all navigate the unknown regarding the novel Corona virus. I believe that it's times like these, when some people might otherwise not necessarily look within because they are too preoccupied with external factors that when something like this affects humanity at large, it really does force people to re-examine their thoughts, perceptions, and this illusion that we call "life".As an Empath, I strongly feel the energies of others, and beings whom of which are not in physical form , that are not always benevolent. I like how Thomas says that we all essentially carry a collective trauma in some ways and I can certainly see how that makes sense. I think it's liberating to allow ourselves to be free from the illusion of space/time continuum and hold space in the now. Or rather, the is-ness of the moment.
