    Excellent articulation!!
    My first time hearing you.
I plan to attend your September 14, 2023 event.
Curious how the message has evolved since this one.
    Your messages here inspired me.
2 big takeaways for me - your analogies:
“Seeing the world through a broken windshield.”
“Your mind is like the 1st Photoshop.”
    Genius!! ✨
    Thank you🤍

Great work. I want to write sensitively here. I'n living in Germany. Here there is collective trauma. I travelled to Israel there is collective trauma there. I rode my bike around Palestine. There is collective trauma there. The traumas are one trauma. The Germans live with the guilt and shame of the Holocaust. How long will this last? How does it serve the healing? My question is 'who does this serve?' The people living now are not responsible for the Holocaust - because they weren't born. This is trans-generational guilt. Does it go on forever? I want to work on this

I visited a concentration camp and I asked someone "What is that smell?" "Death!" "After all these years!?" "Yes, even now their blood cries out for remembrance to not be forgotten again."

IT makes morally-distancing from the world's trauma a deliberate act. Non-dual awareness isn't spiritual bypassing but rather a recognition of this trauma if not a potential panacea. Treading lightly, accepting what can't be changed, changing what can't be accepted..

We mustn’t confuse the notion of oneness-which is a real phenomenon of interconnection-with a psychological sense of being connected with each other. Trauma doesn’t exist on the level of oneness/dependent arising, as the Buddha called it. It can only be experienced on the level of mind/body. Naturally we must explore how to heal ourselves and our societies, and our interconnected nature makes this all the more important.

I'm awakening and sometimes my catharsis are about the collective, not the usual mom and dad. And they are soul destroying. Is a mystery for me the origins, but tend to not judge the energy or myself and let the energy flow, without interpretation. And yes, at the beggining I was triying to open my heart to all the pain in the world and would finish shocked. Now I'm more gentle with th process... Love to all :)

Up to 5:13 ... ummm, the world has _always_ been fragmented, polarized, and traumatic. You think it's bad now? Try growing up in, and living in, a primitive, tribal society - intensely polarized/dualistic, and trauma is the daily bread of survival. The only thing tribal society is not, so much, is fragmented - in the tribal context, there is far less individuality. Social pressure is omnipresent and omnipotent.
9:12 Responsibility - in response to, like, y'know, supposedly, the bad news from all over the world. Just because we _hear_ about it more does not mean we have more responsibilty in regard to it. The human world has always been awash in barbaric atrocities. The news organizations make their money by: scaring us 24/7 ever-more and ever-more.
13:30 "Dissociation"?? We've got nothing on the 18th century - the poverty, superstition, ignorance, mortality, and fanaticism.
19:20 "Global citizens" The world is too big. Always has been - and now, with more billions of people alive at one time than ever before, the individual has never been tinier.
What we need is: fewer people. The world's human population ought to be well under 1 billion.
Don't argue with _me_ about it; if we do not do it, Nature will take care of it, nooooo problem.

The world has at last a chance to be more selfconscious through us...this is the crucial difference... if you experience it, you will feel why your arguments are missing the point... be blessed Hortense..

@@agnieszkabugno-janik3956 Well, you have written your reply in a kindly way, so please bear in mind that I am doing the same, when I ask the following questions:
      Where you write:
      >>
if you experience it, you will feel why your arguments are missing the point
      >
The world has at last a chance

    • @agnieszkabugno-janik3956
      @agnieszkabugno-janik3956 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Hello Hortense, good to have your reply :-), I do appreciate it! And I do agree with you, I only want to add a little. The critical mind is also critical for me :-), as a scientist. I am also definitely not a religious person. My arguments here are: many people who now experience deeper states of consciousness or enlightening process see/feel/experience the difference in, let's call it 'energy field', like the paradigmatic change is, at last, becoming possible after thousands of years of evolution. Maybe it is a false hope, but this is what gives me the energy to live this life. Many people somehow deeply experience the tipping point in the system, because there is more of us and we feel we all humans (and not only) become more connected, also by the help of technology. This evolutionary effort of life (which is not all of sudden, it is the collective effort of thousands of past lives of philosophers and spiritual teachers and also normal people and other beings), will not be wasted if there will be more of us who experience deeper consciousness and operate, individually and collectively from this 'new' perspective, new paradigm of consciousness. Sharing means caring - I do feel your passion and sensitivity and pain for the world in what you write, and I do feel the same, I do agree with overpopulation, tribalism, fragmentation... I do want to share the hope with you - this world is the worst and the best of all worlds we had till now. So let’s use the positive to overcome the part we feel is negative. The collective efforts which Thomas describes in his many speeches are accelerating now. You can also try it, and maybe join it to change this world a little.
