Hi Jill. Really enjoyed this video, especially as you included your skincare routine. After years of treating skincare as an after thought (terrible of me, I know) I now make sure that I take 5 minutes every day, whether I'm wearing makeup or not, whether I'm going out or not, to apply a multi peptide serum, an eye serum, hydrating mist and an SPF cream. I also make sure I properly cleanse my face and apply a retinol & rosehip seed oil serum every night before bed. It's made such a difference to my skin to the point where I now need less foundation and concealer. I also notice a real difference in my skin if I miss a day. Love this makeup look too. Just stunning! x

I do have a question…what brand is your round mirror that you are using…and how are you loading your brushes? Okay, two questions. Are you pouring some of the foundation directly on the brush or are you putting some on the back of your hand. I’d like to see how you do it. Maybe lower the camera, if practical, so we can see it done. Anyway, thanks for these in depth tutorials.

This was a nice way to begin my day, Jill. I love the final effect. I have that Seductress palette and I also got along the way, a Profusion Cosmetics 24 palette of Metallics that is wonderful. They even provide a decent brush. Love this hair -- never had hair like that, LOL! Glad you are feeling better.💖💖

Loved seeing the whole process, start to finish, including the little eyeshadow tweak at the end (which truly does take the eye look to the next level). I also use my pinky fingers, both hands, depending on which eye I am doing. I recently purchased my first wig which I have not yet worn. They just seem so fun I have to experiment 🙂. Hi Jill, I always love your videos! For my skin care I'm looking into maybe doing some laser treatments, i have seen some good results and it's a big maybe for me. I'm certainly keeping a facelift on the back burner, it's also a big maybe. And I'm truly not against botox too. I do think good skin care goes a long way, but when one reaches a certain age, other methods may be needed. Absolutely love your finished look, beautiful. My daughter takes valtrex everyday as a preventative for cold sores. She had gotten them in her eye from touching the cold sore and then applying eye makeup. Her Dr. Told her to throw all makeup away that had come in contact with her eyes or lips. He put her on a preventative dose of Valtrex which she talks everyday. He said getting a cold sore in the eye can cause blindness. She hasn’t had a cold sore in over 5 years. I’m a new subscriber and I love 💕 your channel.✝️❤️💕

So exciting that you are considering helper hair. It's hard for me to say what may work, or what you may or may not like. What I did in the beginning of my helper hair journey, is probably what you are already doing. I watched ALL the videos/ reviews, and once I found something I loved....I would then look at colors, and watch LOTS of different videos on the same color (even if it wasn't in a style I liked)...so I can get a (hopefully) good idea of colors. I think color is the hardest part, because videos can be all over the place based on the creator's camera or light settings, YOUR screen and laptop plays a big part too. Good luck, and have fun!

I stayed to the end! Dreaded cold sores! The sun can provoke a cold sore and of course we are going on a sunny climate vacation this Spring! I need to be very careful. You are so gorgeous. Before the wig, I was thinking with a red wig, you’d look quite like Anne Margaret! Your positive experience with the eyeshadow connects with me. I wanted an eye palette with warm and cool neutrals for travel. I have Dior 9 pan palettes that lean one way or another and don’t want to take multiples or spend a lot of money. I got a CoverGirl palette that is awful. Then I stumbled on an inexpensive eye palette at TJ Maxx. Ellen Tracy nudes? A clothier branding makeup seemed like a poor idea but the colors are so pretty and It was $4.99. I didn’t expect much but Oh Wow am I surprised of the quality, blends so easily and the shades are perfect for me. I mean I like it better than some of my high end palettes. Sometimes a gem is found in unexpected ways!

At 16:41 you used the same brush to move your Skinny Dip as you used for the bronzer. What did you do to the brush in between colors???? Did you clean it?
Hi! I have a towel on my lap that I wipe my brushes off after each use 😉 I get them from Costco in a bundle really inexpensive, and they are white so I can add a little bleach when washing!
Is the Jouer gloss thick? I like a thick, tacky gloss that stays. Most of the glosses that I’ve tried are so thin that they just disappear. I love the Lawless gloss but they’ve discontinued the one that I like. Love your reviews, Jill💕💕💕

I really need help with foundation. No matter what I try these days at 55 it always looks cakey and sits in my pores. I need a little something because I have uneven tone and hormonal breakpoints but my pores in the last 5 years seem huge. Help I look worse WITH makeup now
That’s cheating..lol.. Really nice look. I have beautiful pallets here but normally I put just a smaller amount on but every time you do it it comes out pretty so one of these times I’m going to have to do my eyes a bit deeper but I am guilty of stopping because I’m like oh that’s too much. But it sure does work in the end. It looks really lovely on you. I may have to buy the concealer brush today.
Great video as always Jill! I have a hair question for you… I started wearing toppers and have ordered several from Jon Renau, Raquel Welch and human hair Uniwigs. I have not tried Belle Tress and want to know if their fibers are nicer ? I find Jon Renau heat friendly fibers clump up and I hate that. I value your opinion , Thanks 😊
He Deborah! I think you will find all synthetic fibers (especially HD/heat friendly ones) will do that. The only way around it is to comb throughout the day to separate, take good, careful care with them, and or/ invest in human hair pieces. Personally, if I could afford it, I would only get human hair toppers because they do blend more easily with our own (human hair ) haha... I mean, that makes sense! BUT alas....those are just out of my price range! Belle Tress fibers are very nice (I only like heat friendly fibers in any line for the realism, less shine etc..). BUT they will clump too.

Acyclovir (prescription) is wonderful for cold sores. I believe it goes by several other brand names. This is the generic.

I didn’t expect much but Oh Wow am I surprised of the quality, blends so easily and the shades are perfect for me. I mean I like it better than some of my high end palettes. Sometimes a gem is found in unexpected ways!

At 16:41 you used the same brush to move your Skinny Dip as you used for the bronzer. What did you do to the brush in between colors???? Did you clean it?
Hi! I have a towel on my lap that I wipe my brushes off after each use 😉 I get them from Costco in a bundle really inexpensive, and they are white so I can add a little bleach when washing!
Is the Jouer gloss thick? I like a thick, tacky gloss that stays. Most of the glosses that I’ve tried are so thin that they just disappear. I love the Lawless gloss but they’ve discontinued the one that I like. Love your reviews, Jill💕💕💕

I really need help with foundation. No matter what I try these days at 55 it always looks cakey and sits in my pores. I need a little something because I have uneven tone and hormonal breakpoints but my pores in the last 5 years seem huge. Help I look worse WITH makeup now
That’s cheating..lol.. Really nice look. I have beautiful pallets here but normally I put just a smaller amount on but every time you do it it comes out pretty so one of these times I’m going to have to do my eyes a bit deeper but I am guilty of stopping because I’m like oh that’s too much. But it sure does work in the end. It looks really lovely on you. I may have to buy the concealer brush today.
Great video as always Jill! I have a hair question for you… I started wearing toppers and have ordered several from Jon Renau, Raquel Welch and human hair Uniwigs. I have not tried Belle Tress and want to know if their fibers are nicer ? I find Jon Renau heat friendly fibers clump up and I hate that. I value your opinion , Thanks 😊
He Deborah! I think you will find all synthetic fibers (especially HD/heat friendly ones) will do that. The only way around it is to comb throughout the day to separate, take good, careful care with them, and or/ invest in human hair pieces. Personally, if I could afford it, I would only get human hair toppers because they do blend more easily with our own (human hair ) haha... I mean, that makes sense! BUT alas....those are just out of my price range! Belle Tress fibers are very nice (I only like heat friendly fibers in any line for the realism, less shine etc..). BUT they will clump too.
