      I've had my eye on these little printers for a little while now, they are tempting. I think I would prefer one of the models that prints 300dpi, but still not sure I'll get one.

      @@ChrisJohnsonCJs-Kitchen I'm totally biased because I'm absolutely OBSESSSED with mine and can't stop using it but you can definitely check out all the other models they have! Personally, I use them more for print small stuff like labels or stickers for my journals, so the DPI didn't matter too much for me. It still did the job whenever I wanted to print some pretty floral designs too so let me know if you decide to get a thermal printer as well 😊

    I recently bought the 246S model to make shipping labels, but the size of the M03 looks so sleek and compact in comparison. Might have to consider it for portable printing now. Thank you so much for making this video!!

    • @JournalingWithNadia
      @JournalingWithNadia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ouh yes! These thermal printers are perfect for shipping labels! If portability is important to you, I think the M03 would be great since the bluetooth would allow you to print from your phone anywhere 😄 It's also really light and the battery lasts a REAALLY long time! Let me know if you end up getting the M03 model! I'm absolutely obsessed with mine 🥰

    I don't understand why they didn't add the 300DPI to the M03 Printer. That makes a huge difference when it comes to printing out photos. Great video!!! 😊😊

      Thank you so much for watching 😊 I was also really surprised when they didn't have the 300 DPI for the Phomemo M03 printer but I still think it prints good enough quality for what I need. Do you use your thermal printer to print a lot of pictures?

    Hi Nadia, thanks for the great video.
    Im wondering if the print fade away after a while? If so, any idea how soon it will fade away?
    Thanks!

    • @JournalingWithNadia
      @JournalingWithNadia  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hey this is a really great question 🥰 so the fade depends on the thermal paper you use, rather than the printer itself. On the Phomemo website, you'll see that they sell some thermal paper that can last 2, 10 or even 20 years! They are almost the same price but the 10 & 20 year ones has less color options (for now at least). Let me know if you have any other questions 😊

    So it fits a 4 x 6 label for shipping labels? I thought the max width for this printer was 3"

    • @JournalingWithNadia
      @JournalingWithNadia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! I haven't used the M03 model for shipping labels but Phomemo has some thermal printer models specifically designed for that (ex. the PM-246 series).
      They also have thermal paper for 4x6 labels, so it might be more convenient for you to get those models rather than trying to use the 80mm or 53mm paper from the M03 model to fit the 4x6 shipping label.
      Hope that helps, lmk if you have any other questions 😁

      @@JournalingWithNadia oh darn. I have the pm246s and pm241bt and both can't be used with the phomemo app so I can't print the template stickers from the app

    • @JournalingWithNadia
      @JournalingWithNadia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh really 🙁 that's such a shame, I thought the app would be compatible with all their printers. I hope they make an app that would be compatible with it someday. The app definitely comes in handy and all the templates are so fun to use. I would say maybe you can try the M03 model and see if it can print the shipping labels and sell the previous model you have if you really wanted to, but that is quite a bit of effort 😅

    Hi, do this works for less size paper? Less than 53mm? Like 14mm
    Because when you opened it it's seems like is adjustable but I'm not sure 🤔

    • @JournalingWithNadia
      @JournalingWithNadia  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Even though the inside is adjustable, I'm not sure if the machine will print well on a 14 mm paper 🤔 Do you only need to print 14mm labels? When I look at their website, it says their 14mm paper is compatible with the Q30s, D30S & Q30 models, so maybe you can look into those Phomemo Thermal printer models as well :)
