Oh boy! Love it. I had so many questions all around the installation (Like those rounded edges of the walls, metal sheet on the floor) this is brilliant!
Looks good, finish skills are getting better, that main floor is a little closed in now but more complete. I concur though, have a designer help layout your second floor and then finish that bad boy off 👍🏻👌🏻
It looks great, I’m a huge fan of fiberglass tub/ shower combos because of how easily they clean. I have a million questions but I guess I’m most curious how challenging permitting/ zoning has been for you? I’ve been told it’s not worth it on my area to even try and build a house like yours.
My area had no issues with my build but it will definitely be different in every township. Go to your local township building and ask them about what you'd like to build. Good luck!
I am impressed by the array of your knowledge. Where does one learn all these and how long does it take to acquire all these because it looks like you can build a house from foundation to completion.
Thank you!! I am completely self taught in all things construction. There are so many resources in today's world, you can literally learn anything you want if you put in the time!
Ok, I need a class where you could teach me. I am trying to turn my 1br into a 2 br. Soon, I would like to own a Big square building and turn it into my 5 bed room 2.5 bath home. I am ready. the homegirl from Silicon Valley
I was waiting for the nail guards on the studs with water running inside them.
You did not disappoint.
An important step 🤘
Great build! Now do the upstairs! Lol
Haha yeah yeah that's coming up on the list. A much larger undertaking...

I know it will be a big task, that's why I can't wait to see you tackle it!
I have been waiting 4 years for something to be done with upstairs. Lol
Haha it made sense to finished the first floor before the second, and I also don't need the space yet....
Love these upgrades man. Nicely done.

I like it much better this way. Definitely more of a homey feel in the living room, rather than just big open area. Thanks!
@@Kordare i agree. Definitely the right choice, more functionality now too.

@@Kordare total cost break down? I have an attic space I am planning to add a bathroom and simple bedroom to. Just curious what a rough cost might be
All this was about $5500-6000
Very good work bro
Thanks a lot!
Very nice. What is the brand of the shower insert?
Thanks! I think it was bootz industries
Nice job bro
Thank you 🤘
Most people wouldn't be able to do all that themselves, I don't think I could, a lot of it, but not everything!
First time doing a lot of this, learned a lot!
Fantastic work and results. But i have caught myself distracted a couple of times by how handsome you are hehe
Haha thank you
Nothing to do with this video but what is your attic insulation? All I see is rafters. Doesn’t it get hot?
Attic is not insulated yet, and yes it gets hot 😂
@@Kordare 😅 😅 😅 😡
What cad software are you using for designing your space?
I've used a few, but in this one I used RoomSketcher
Nice
I also have a dream to come and work in America but the situation in India is very bad ❤❤❤❤
