Hello Jennifer I have a question about partial payment
Lets take the example of me open drawing commision but I need my client to pay 50% after sketch, so I can progress to the next step on coloring the drawing, let's imagine that I finished the sketch and I got 50% already from my client, but suddenly after I getting paid, my client decided to cancel the project because of something, so did I get 50% of my effort safely eventhough the project isn't actually complete without any disturb? Should I write this rule about partial payment in the invoice to make everyhing clear?

Hi Jennifer, I just started working for a translation company and my first job is actually a transcription/translation from an audio interview where the interviewee speaks Spanglish, mostly english but interjects spanish words while talking. Hmm, I have not had that happen before. I would recommend adding your customer first (Add New Customer) so their contact info is saved first before following the other steps. Hopefully it won't time out after that!

I don't recommend it. I don't know what you mean by high risk product, but if you suspect it is against PayPal 's policy, it probably is

Hello, I am just beginning to sell online. Sold item on Facebook and they messaged me their email and zip code for me to send invoice. Paypal invoice only requires buyers email. Once paid, i will ship using Pirate Ship but I dont have their name and address. Do I ask for that by another email?
