Wow, I didn't even realize you could do this. I'm going to try this out for my dull molds, but also for molds that were never shiny. Thank you so much!
@@CreationStudiowithLaLitaIn a pinch, you can also coat them with a layer of UV. I do this all the time with molds made with a matte finish. I have several but only use them on occasion
Thank you. I didn't record when I built the table. But I can do a tutorial on how I constructed it since I will be modifying it soon. Look for it in the future!
thank you! My studio is a converted garage so the floor has a slight slope. It's fine for working in but for something that needs to be level, it causes issues. This table works wonders for that.
I saw your video for the first time. I will be interested in watching more of your videos. I saw the one with the table that you made. Can you tell me the measurements of your table. Thank you.
It is nice to have something so simple that will make equipment last longer. I am happy that I learned about it and seeing the difference is quite impressive.
Good idea! That's cool at the end about popping it out and being able to repour again, and get the depth back if you need to. I have been wondering how to restore a mould that has detail on it. It seems this method would cover the detail, so I'm wondering if there is a kind of spray method or something to spruce up the shine?
Great I am going to re shine some of my old moulds , thank you so very much.
Welcome! I have refreshed a few of mine so far with great results. I hope it works for you as well.

I hope it works for you. I have been using it on several of my older molds to revitalize them and I love it.

Welcome and thank you!
Thank you for proving the need of a release agent to protect your mold for long term use.

Why didn't you do the sides as well.
The sides had no issues. They were still producing a shiny finish and were strong enough not to bow.
this table is genius. thank you
Thank you! Be sure to check out my newest video on this table and how it was built. th-cam.com/video/k3au2XEf4zw/w-d-xo.html
