    I listened to this lecture 2 weeks ago on ny way to sitting an exam in Kings Inns and a full question came up on the Doctrine of Precedence and this was great. Thank you ,

      The high court is not bound to follow it's earlier decisions. This is wrong. If it follows earlier decisions it is because of consistency and certainty and quality of likeness of the taxonomy of the cases relative to society. Not bound by it.

      If it was deciding whether it was bound, is was not bound. In order to be bound, there can be no choice.

    Great material but she is terrible at speaking. Stumbling across her own words all the time makes it so difficult to process the information she is giving which is a big shame since the material itself would be really good otherwise. Just change the lecturer.
