I'm 22, I weigh 56kg I have a good muscle structure not too big obviously, but I do push-ups and some other intense exercises, however my main preferred exercise method is running, I run 10km a day and about 40 to 50 km a week, and I have a healthy diet which doesn't include sugar, and lately i'v been trying to increase my running distance, I gradually started adding 1km per session, and yesterday I ran for 13.2 km (1h25mn of running non-stop & burned 729kca) and as always I ate my post workout meal.
It didn't feel like I was overdoing it, I felt energized and I even wanted to do more, today however I woke up feeling a bit drowsy and a slight fiever, if there is anyone experienced in this and could tell me if I'm doing it wrong or if it doesn't even have anything to do with it, which by the way is what I think to be the case, as I ran in a t-shirt and it was a bit chilling and I usually run with a hoodie On, Thank u for reading this.

We can't provide direct medical advice without an evaluation. If you are getting sick or the fever is persistent check in with your doctor. Fever is not a typical sign of overtraining. More common signs of overtraining would be changes in morning resting heart rate or changes in heart rate variability. This can be monitored with things like the Whoop Band. In my research getting enough calories and enough sleep are two things that seem directly related to people who get into overtraining.

@@PHYTFORFUNCTION I don't have any of the symptoms u mentioned, it's most likely just a cold I was just wondering if I'm doing more harm than good, even though I don't feel like I am.
My question is do u think I should bring it down a notch until I gain a bit more weight or is it OK as long as I'm compensating it with good nutrition.
      Thank you
