this may sound odd, but I appreciate Dr. Tyler's humor and wit much more in his longer videos. I am super dry and sarcastic myself, but in the YT shorts, that same humor doesn't resonate as well in 30sec-1min clips. I originally found this channel with the YT shorts and ALMOST blew him off because I just thought he was sophomoric. I am glad I didn't because not only is his humor usually on point, but his knowledge level and expertise are top-notch.

I had constant headaches from my neck in response I got addicted to Excedrin Migrane med.. I went to a neurologist which informed me to stop the Excedrin migraine med, and she put me on a migraine med that wasn’t addictive, and I had really bad headaches for a few weeks and then within two months, headaches gone due to the repercussions of taking too much Excedrin due to neck, pain and headaches now praise God I’m on migraine med and I get adjusted every week and I haven’t had any headaches just for this patient and other patients if they get reoccurring headaches ifthey’re taking a lot of overcount of pain meds, rebound headaches could be the cause I was ready for surgery and all I need to do was stop my Excedrin
I wish I could get an adjustment like this again. My go to chiropractor retired last year. He sold his practice to a lady chiropractor. She is sweet but she so petite I hardly feel any cracks. Went for 6 more adjustments but I still feel like not there. I missed my old chiropractor! He’s a great doctor and gives off a great grandpa vibe.

I think it's the mustache that is a no. It's not awful. Also, I get migraines from smells (among there reasons). Not much anyone can do for that. I try to avoid those smells.

Question for the dr. If someone had to Nick fusions and has very very bad headaches, I heard you aren’t supposed to have your neck adjusted, but can something else be done?
I'm not the doctor, but, the vertebrae that are not fused can still be adjusted. The fused vertebrae act as a single vertebral unit. In other words, he would adjust around the fusion. Anyway, good luck.
I think both have their upsides and down sides. I think you look better personally without a beard. However, my actual concern is how tired you look man. Please make sure you are getting enough rest. Your job is important but so is your own health.
Can tell how young you are with the patchy beard. Soon it will grow in... usually after the body change lol. Go full beard and pay a barber to maintain it 👊

I love the beard. It’s mild, but it adds a lot of structure to your face. Consider keeping it, but do what suits you first.
