    Great explanation of what body composition is & what it does. Now I have to add that yes 6o min a day being active is great yes but for people that are no in great shape to do 60 min if you do 30 min at least 3 days a week, it will be super beneficial for you. so don't go crazy when you hear 60 minutes a day of physical activity.

Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal [bodeboop]. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start.
