But i saw a few VW tunes who would smoke that stock bugatti in termn of raw speed/acceleration. But you don't have that much control over the vehicle anymore. I'm going to leave the "light" open for interpretation, but my understanding of the situation is that he had the situational awareness to evade the attack before it could be set in motion. I think this is much more plausible (though by no means easy to do) than to literally _parry_ a bullet with the bare hand.
It may make sense if none of the soldiers had drawn their guns and Morihei was 20 feet or closer to the soldiers, and if he reaches one of them, the others probably wouldn't shoot him since there there would be a chance of the round passing through and hitting another soldier. But if the guns were drawn, it's impossible.

for the air back part some small suggestions. first don't put your thumb around the steering wheel ever and second of all is if you know you gonna crash move your arms back to your chest before impact.
Maybe you could breath from the tire if you had a bowl, a plastic bag or a leather jacket to catch the air in it. If you wore the leather jacket the wrong way you could put it over the tire and have a hood in which the air would be caught and you had anker points with your arms, so your hands could hold it behind the tire and your head could still get into the airpocket.😅
As for breathing tire air: You can't inhale a mouthful of air without airflow. It isn't like swallowing something. To breathe, you expand your rib cage and create a low pressure area in your lungs. The pressure differential equalising is what puts air into your lungs. This can't happen with your mouth closed. You would need a perfect seal and a continuous flow like a scuba mask and that is not going to happen with a tire. Coincidentally, air has around 21% oxygen and when you exhale, about 14% is left. This is why CPR works. The air in the tire would be enough to survive for a little bit but not for long.

The main thing that immediately jumps at me about the idea of breathing from a tire... Air pressure, it's going to be quite a bit higher inside the tire than inside a person's lungs making it physically impossible to exhale into the tire. So even if you somehow managed to start taking air from the tire, you could only fill up your lungs and then let go and move back to holding your breath and trying to not take in too much water.

My GF has a "VP Shunt" that moves under an MRI scan although apparently at low power operation it should be safe. In theory at the higher power that can be used to improve image quality the metal on the end of the shunt would turn into a blender at the base of the brain leading to death!

Nothing needs to triggered and all of the relevant ticketing information is captured, so they cannot be outrun.
The Chiron top on 1/4 mile is 158 mph and the top speed is only 261. The jet dragsters go over 300 on the 1/4mile, top speed is much higher. What on earth are you on about? Bugatti is a station wagon compared to a jet dragster.
