You're allowed to bring on water from the very expensive shops at LHR! I've never found those free water fountains.

I just take an empty bottle in my hand luggage from home and fill it up for free on the plane (just walk down the aisle to the catering section and they'll do it for you).

The water intake recommendation in this video is much lower than their skin care video.

Fruit and nuts should be ideally eaten before the flight in case either, A- there is someone on the plane has nut allergies (once saw a family bin a large bag of peanuts due to this) and B- Depending where you're going, any uneaten and forgotten about fruit can get you in trouble with customs if you don't bin it (someone got a telling off when they forgot to eat some apples they brought).

can you please not encourage people to buy plastic bottles and then refilling them at the airport? it's better to bring your own reusable empty bottle that you can use throughout your holiday/journey and then refill it at the airport.

I disagree that drinking lots of water on the plane is a good idea. It's better to be dehydrated and grumpy than having to piss constantly on the plane (planes can have long bathroom lines).

U r a nutritionist, not a degree holder or an expert on the issue.
