I saw 3ds max in the title and said hmm is it that different from blender or just some little differences once I clicked the video I saw the UI and the blue and red shapes I was like woah

Around 1.5- 2 hours. This is simple stuff, no unwraping, retopology etc, just basic modeling and materials

Why? You should try, and I bet you will make it. These are all just some basic shapes, with some extrude, inset and thats it. This is easiest as it gets :-)
