guys ) just change your usb cable thats it ) Make it sure that usb cable that you are using matching with brand of your phone) for example the usb cable from OPPO phone will not work with Samsung phone
The first fix worked for me i changed the device into another usb 3.0 and it worked and i know this is gonna work cuz the wifi doesn't light up but when i changed it its light up again :)

Mines related to the power sleep deal except its on a windows tablet which only is able to run with the keyboard docking station that has the internal battery inside which is what the tablet runs off of. It sees the battery but the keyboard will not function nor the little mouse pad until i disable then enable the usb hub. I have to do this every startup to get keyboard and mouse to work. All other usb ports work fine.. it was a pain to actually get the thing to run off of the secondary battery and messing with boot is sketchy.. dunno why the internal primary battery wonr work.. got new for both but if i have both in than will not boot.. unplug the primary and everything works.. unplug secondary and onlt have primary in than wont display the charge status but will run off of primary only until it goes to sleep then it shuts down and windows wont boot again without removing the primary first.. is odd as hell. Is a venue11.. crappy tablet but really awesome with emulators on it for auto diagnostics because other auto diag tablets cost thousands and are dedicated with crap memory and processing..

@@salestoka2684 Nah everything was updated and nothing helped. Tho I did find a video where you had the 'unknown usb' showing up into the registry, and haven't had a problem since (1 week ago today). Plus this week there was an update for the wifi and bluetooth driver, so hopefully a combination of all 3 somehow solved the problem.

I even tried to pull out every single cable from my PC leaving in only HDMI and power cable which did not fix the issue. If you have not tried using another usb chord...as simple as it sounds try it because some brand new chords can produce this exact error message.

Try checking for your drivers. Windows update corrupted my graphics drivers, i reinstalled the drivers and hope it will resolve the problem
