I've always been a HUGE fan of their Lobster boats. Nice to see that a lot of that thinking has been translated in this one as well. Lovely! Thanks for bringing us this one, Nick.
That is a beautiful boat, really nice throughout. When I saw the name Solaris Power I thought it was going to be solar powered Doh. Great tour as always Nick thank you.
I think that is a marvelous boat for a specific need. Only small niggle is in the back there needs to be a few cup holders .....apart from that it's bloody fantastic. Cheers Nick
Lovely boat Nick. Thanks for showing this one. I could quite easily see myself spend a week away on my own moored in a quiet cove somewhere with a cheese and ham roll in one hand and a Jack Daniels in the other. Who needs company when you can have all this.
Brilliant dayboat. 40 Knots. It will get you where you want to go quickly. That gives you plenty of time to enjoy the day. Cabin accommodation is adequate for an overnight stay, which is a bonus. Although it might get a little bit stuffy down there. 👍
Couple of concerns/observations 1) don't like that the fender lines will rub on the paint/gel coat 2) toilet roll holder requires Stretch Armstrong to reach it from the khazi.
Hi Nick, And thank you for this nice show of this Solaris 40 Power and yess Nick this is a pretty boat to see with those nice curved lines a great day/weekender indeed only the name Solaris give me the idear it would be a electric powert yacht but it is not , with a nice cabine that sleeps four guest and one head Thanks again Nick a nice start of this week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
You could definitely get a lot more boat for the money, but the type of buyer this boat will attract this will most likely be the 'toy'. There's a few scenarios I can envisage for this boat, the ship to shore tender for a superyacht. The explorer vessel for a super yacht, the sort of boat that would fit in a smaller more secluded cove the superyacht can't manage The pure day boat, someone has a sizeable mansion in Mallorca or similar and is just looking purely for something to get out on the water in style without the need for practice accommodation or cooking facilities. Lastly is the day charter boat. A boat to impress friends and clients with on a day charter with plenty of alcohol flowing, some canapés and a bit of music for £1000 a day.
I have a video suggestion: If possible, it would be amazing to see a tour of the crew, helm, decks, and engine room of a shipping container. Love the videos!
Shipping container or container ship? Shipping containers tend to have an issue with buoyancy, not to mention they usually lack...well...everything you mentioned.
Sleeps 4, separate shower in the day head and a genset...this one is outfitted a lot more than your typical dayboat. You could spend a weekend out on this very comfortably.
I know it's an odd thing to say in the years most modern vehicles have airbags but wowser if we didn't need airbags I'd swap my E niros steering wheel for most of the boats wheels they are mostly super stylish and look wonderful to hold. Cheers
An absolutely beautiful day boat!!! Gorgeous lines! Two things that would make it epic though would be if 1. The rear bulwarks lowered to increase the social area and make it easier to board the boat and 2. If there was a large electric opening engine room hatch like you see on the Anvera, making it much easier to service everything, instead of just that small hatch opening. Would you agree Nick?
Not for me -no Mast and Sails - , but clearly a really nice boat anyway. Great Tour as Always Nick, and a Model destined for Many Happy Buyers. Best Wishes. Bob. ❤️👍⛵️✨️✨️✨️
Fine video. Agree the boat is fetching, but the bow area rails look about knee-height which is too low for good security in choppy weather. A boat for picnic-weather boating period.
I used to think that boats with layouts like these were such a waste, but the more I see them, the more I think was wrong - something to be said for having the living / galley space above deck and dedicating a smaller cabin space to proper sleeping and washing…. funny how time can change your opinion - great tour as usual 👍
Years ago I ran a beautiful Fairline Targa 33 with a good friend. We had a couple of nice trips away, but 90% of the time we were just enjoying the cockpit and pushing these two cabins around in front of us for no reason. Still a great boat, but these dayboat/weekenders make a lot of sense.
With all those mooring and fender lines chafing against those lovely organic curves, how many days do you think it will be before the GRP repairman is called out, and how much will his retainer be to keep coming back on a regular basis ? One day on a pontoon mooring with a moderate swell and the entire topsides will be rubbed raw, in perfectly matched arcs of bare fibreglass.
That engine hatch would not be very useful in the USA!!! I like that boat, although I'm not sure I like it 3/4 million pound worth. But it is very nicely styled for sure. Thanks for the tour!
That was a damn fine Wave there, Nick!! I'm surprised at how much I like the idea of this boat, actually. It's well laid out and I could see us going away as a family on some great 2-3 day coastal cruises, and the like! So how cramped was that engine space? It seemed like you could barely sit upright in there...
Loved it. Is that a Hunton off to the side? Loved the Solaris. They are just beautiful. When I pull that ticket I'll keep one out in the Hamptons so I can zip over to Block island for a picnic.
I'm suggesting this boat will fall very squarely into the following type of buyer: The luxury ship to shore tender for a superyacht. The explorer vessel for a super yacht, the sort of boat that would fit in a smaller more secluded cove the superyacht can't manage The pure day boat, someone has a sizeable mansion in Mallorca or similar and is just looking for something to get out on the water in style without the need for practical accommodation or cooking facilities. Lastly is the day charter boat. A boat to impress friends and clients with on a day charter with plenty of alcohol flowing, some canapés and a bit of music for £1000 a day.
Very nice boat but there are much better values of that size/type of boat. Regal 38 Coupe with top speed of 39 knots, much nicer features and accommodations for $200,000 less. Doesn't make the same fashion statement but certainly a very nice looking boat.
Thats some erection capability on that anchor locker lid 😂 But seriously, that is a very pretty looking day boat, that you could stay on for several days 😀Thank you for the tour 😊
A much better package than the recent aluminium weekender. Why always three helm station seats on these boats though, why never four? Think Fjord are the only four seaters?
Thank you very much. I just love it when you leave the 'out-takes' *in* the video!!! 🤣 & 🍷
You are so welcome! 🙂
Its perfect for a couple days out and about. Love the interior. Thank you Nick.
I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Gives me Art Deco Streamline vibe with all the curves and shiny paint.
I've always been a HUGE fan of their Lobster boats. Nice to see that a lot of that thinking has been translated in this one as well. Lovely!
Thanks for bringing us this one, Nick.
Our pleasure!
That is a beautiful boat, really nice throughout. When I saw the name Solaris Power I thought it was going to be solar powered Doh. Great tour as always Nick thank you.

I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Super beautiful. Not a big fan of open boats, but this one is just stunning.
It really is!
What a pleasant yet profound tour Nick! I am chuffed. Not many on your level when it comes to yacht tours!
You're very kind 🙂
What a lovely looking weekender. And that interior was a nice surprise with a spacious shower head and two extra beds. Fantastic Nick. Love it.
Glad you enjoyed it 😃
I agree Nick, nice looking boat; great amount of space both inside and out. Thanks for showing us!
Thanks for watching!
Lovely boat Nick. Thanks for showing this one. I could quite easily see myself spend a week away on my own moored in a quiet cove somewhere with a cheese and ham roll in one hand and a Jack Daniels in the other. Who needs company when you can have all this.
I like your style! 😎
Brilliant dayboat. 40 Knots. It will get you where you want to go quickly. That gives you plenty of time to enjoy the day. Cabin accommodation is adequate for an overnight stay, which is a bonus. Although it might get a little bit stuffy down there. 👍
Nice Nick, very nice ! Love the colour of that one 👍
Very well equipped for a weekend fun boat 👍
Nice video Nick as always. Very classy looking boat! Great for the weekend to impress with, perfect for a romantic weekend away as well.
Wow, I was really surprised at the lower deck! … I actually like it 😎👍✨
That is indeed gorgeous. Thanks for showing sharing it with us.
My pleasure!
That’s one sharp looking unit. Liked how the bed appeared to be floating.
WOW, REALLY GLORIOUS DESIGN !!
best boat review channel by a country mile !
You're very kind! 😊
That is indeed a very pretty boat!!
Great tour with normal entertaining extras 😆
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Couple of concerns/observations
1) don't like that the fender lines will rub on the paint/gel coat
2) toilet roll holder requires Stretch Armstrong to reach it from the khazi.
The name of your channel is absolutely brilliant! Cheers!
Thank you kindly!
What a cool boat ! Very surprised ! Thank you !
Glad you liked it!

This reminds me of some of the modern Windy boats, great styling on this and it seems like it could be rather fast! Thanks Nick.
My pleasure! 🙂
From the stern the hard top looks like a whales tail, but for £725.000, I think you could get a lot more boat than that.
You could definitely get a lot more boat for the money, but the type of buyer this boat will attract this will most likely be the 'toy'.
There's a few scenarios I can envisage for this boat, the ship to shore tender for a superyacht.

I agree, that’s a lot of change for a boat like that, but I guess if your super wealthy and money is not an issue! Thanks for sharing. ✌🏼❤️🙏🏼
One amazing looking vessel
That's a lovely boat Nick. It has something of the Princess 35 about it.
The front cabin would be better if it was a dual space (seating and table that converts to a bed) but that's a lovely boat.
You can choose when you do the configuration
Maggie always has pride of place.
Of course! 🙂
That’s a lovely, fun boat
Really like that boat nick fast as u say great for a day boat or Weekender
Very sharp looking boat! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
Great as always Nick!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I have a video suggestion: If possible, it would be amazing to see a tour of the crew, helm, decks, and engine room of a shipping container. Love the videos!
Thanks for the idea!
Yeah with a couple of 600 outboards 😂
Shipping container or container ship? Shipping containers tend to have an issue with buoyancy, not to mention they usually lack...well...everything you mentioned.

Great tour Nick as always. Funny ending 😂
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Very nice, I prefer the Nerea NY40, but either would do!
Great boat, great video, thanks Nick!
My pleasure!
Thanks Nick!
You're very welcome!
Beautiful boat nick and good video ⛵️🚤🛥️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Gorgeous!
But, in the UK, without a wraparound windscreen, it may be a bit cooler than we’d like (except on our handful of hot days).
I think you'll see most of these in the Med. ☀️
I know it's an odd thing to say in the years most modern vehicles have airbags but wowser if we didn't need airbags I'd swap my E niros steering wheel for most of the boats wheels they are mostly super stylish and look wonderful to hold. Cheers
Agreed, steering wheels looked better pre airbag
An absolutely beautiful day boat!!! Gorgeous lines!

You might have better access to the engines by lifting the entire aft sunpad maybe.
Lovely boat Nick at a good price !
Do the buyers usually pay list price for yachts?
Love the fender system, though I think it'd be best to get extra clips since I'm sure they'll be prone to getting lost.
My thoughts too
In the water they go! 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Like…oops…overboard!
Love
Hard as it may be, would love a weekend on this dreamboat.
Not for me -no Mast and Sails - , but clearly a really nice boat anyway. Great Tour as Always Nick, and a Model destined for Many Happy Buyers. Best Wishes. Bob. ❤️👍⛵️✨️✨️✨️
Fair enough!
Really enjoy your videos xx
Thank you so much! 🙂
Great review nick! I would love to see a tour of Sea Ray’s SLX 400!
I would want more of a proper cabin and then a flex space. Might be able to have a slightly bigger head as well. Love the exterior.
Love this one... Just needs an ice maker and its perfect :)
a nap is not the first thing that came to my mind
😳
Nice, better be a nice day with everything pretty much open, no side closer around the helm
Fine video. Agree the boat is fetching, but the bow area rails look about knee-height which is too low for good security in choppy weather. A boat for picnic-weather boating period.

This would look neat moored in Bridlington Harbour next to the Yorkshire Belle.
First video of yours I have watched. Besides FNT. I liked it will watch more 💯
Welcome aboard! 🙂
Very nice boat
Nick, can we get more sailboats on the channel? Amel deserves a video or two in your archive!
There are a couple more sailboats coming! 🙂
Top notch mate great boat review 🤔😎
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
The more I watch your videos, the more clueless
I am at buying my first ever boat.😊
Nice Superyacht Tender...
pretty stylish! 👍👍
View standing on bow looks like Ferrari soap dish side pods

Very nice!
8:00 RIP that wasp...
Imagine with me; you’re off the coast of Greece, Italy or South of France and you’re just relaxing on this boat with a glass of whatever. Bliss 😊😊😊
Unless you get sea sick of course😅
Lol, saying Anchor clips instead of fender clips in the front locker - I was only disappointed to not hear a “I’ll edit that out later” 😂😂
I didn't realise till I edited it! 🤦🏻♂️
That engine hatch would not be very useful in the USA!!! I like that boat, although I'm not sure I like it 3/4 million pound worth. But it is very nicely styled for sure. Thanks for the tour!
9:23 I thought Nick is having a stroke for 5sec
I don't have an appartment in Palma. I also don't have a Solaris 40 in the marina.😀
Good Day. Very beautiful.
Lovely boat and tour. Quick question, have you ever dropped your camera into the water? 😊
Not yet! 😳
It is a shapely hull above the waterline and it comes with PLENTY of engine power.
That was a damn fine Wave there, Nick!!

Yes, restored by Setag!
Nick, are you going to be at FLIBS this year? not that I will... just curious if we have FLIBS vids to look forward to.
Hoping to
@@AQUAHOLIC wonderful! I hope so too.
Very nice
What kind of setting are you using on your gopro? Everything looks tiny.
3rd comment?,,,, Ill take that,,,, good morning from Northern California.
Good morning!
Nice 👍
I'm suggesting this boat will fall very squarely into the following type of buyer:
The luxury ship to shore tender for a superyacht.
The explorer vessel for a super yacht, the sort of boat that would fit in a smaller more secluded cove the superyacht can't manage

I guess, if money is no object and you don't give a rip about storage. It is pretty.
I don't undarstand why more boats don't have chain counter its so convinient peace of gear
👍👍👍
Very nice boat but there are much better values of that size/type of boat. Regal 38 Coupe with top speed of 39 knots, much nicer features and accommodations for $200,000 less. Doesn't make the same fashion statement but certainly a very nice looking boat.
If you want a cruiser like the Regal, then that would indeed be a better boat. 🙂

Another bachelor pad ?
Thats some erection capability on that anchor locker lid 😂 But seriously, that is a very pretty looking day boat, that you could stay on for several days 😀Thank you for the tour 😊
Like it be a lot of money for a boat that size.
Nice boat, but way too much money. Great video.
☺☺
Would not want to service those engines!
A much better package than the recent aluminium weekender. Why always three helm station seats on these boats though, why never four? Think Fjord are the only four seaters?
I will trade speed for comfort every day of the week.
