Ingredients:
4-6 chicken leg pieces (drumsticks and thighs)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons mustard oil or ghee
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt, to taste

1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, oil or ghee, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt.
