Actually you are wrong, you won’t know how many people are in the building, it could look like the hostages are safe when they are really not. You always need to negotiate for safety of hostages. If you raid in your risking the hostages life, that’s why you should never breach without negotiating.

Here is a tip... Legit when your swat use a damn M4A1 or something it is stupid if you use a Glock 19 or whatever because SWAT deals with people with big firearms and that mini pistol won't do much. If you aren't trying to do a really realistic roleplay then my apologies
