Happy new year! 🎊🎆 ✌️♾️🕉️ This may be my new template for my breathwork, catch ya later breathwork beats! 🎧 jk I’ll still use his excellent combos too some. For serious tho! This combo bumps hard after some sat kriya kundalini yoga! 🧘♀️ Thanks for all you do 💜!
Thank you Kelaila for a lovely session 💗 Question: sometimes when I do more intense sessions like this one, after much deep breathing I start to feel like my lungs are becoming solid like rock but because of it being an unusual sensation I usually worry that something could happen like (g-d forbid) lung collapsing or popping. I’ll usually do a few more breaths then if round still isn’t over just skip to retention cause I get worried. If you know what I’m referring to can you explain whether it’s something I need to be careful about when this occurs. It’s really the only thing that deters me during a breath work session and I truly want to give each time my all but sometimes can’t because of this. Thank you in advance Wishing you light and love going into this next year 🌞🌚
Lots of love to you❤️ I will always say to listen to your body and its sensations. It sounds like it could be a pressure buildup? I have occasionally experienced a feeling similar, like my lungs are hard or like maximum expanded and stretched and won’t deflate normally. When that happens i’ll take a break to breathe normally (which also helps with the fear that something is going wrong) and then when i return, i don’t breathe as deeply. I’m not a doctor and there could be an underlying condition if this is a normal occurrence. But i hope you’re able to find a balanced breath that keeps you pain-free and at peace while doing breathwork❤️ Take it easy. Thank you for being here and asking this question. All the love and blessings for 2025🙏🏻❤️
@Breathewithkelaila thank you, I appreciate your response. I will continue to be mindful, it helps to hear your perspective. If anyone in the comments knows more about anatomy and biology and is willing to explain I would love to understand better. 😊 Have a blessed day family 💜
